Arrived at ferry port to find no ferry to Flores till the morning. This hotel thankfully has 3 comfie rooms and off road motorbike parking. Highly recommended.

Wonderful staff, really helpful with any questions you may have (for us they checked the ferry schedules to make sure there was or was not a ferry on a certain day).I definitely recommend it !!

I stayed here in March 2024. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. I ate at the attached restaurant. The food was excellent and the service was very friendly. This is a very secure hotel. I was travelling by motorcycle and the gate was locked at night. Highly recommended.

We booked several days in advance by Tiket and when we arrived they stated that they had no booking under our name. As he was scrolling through his phone I could see my name on their list but he was adamant there was no room. We ended up around the corner on a 1/2 star "hotel". He did give us an instant cash refund. As choices are very limited in Sape, this was very disappointing.

Booked and paid 3 days in advance to be told on arrival that they were fully booked. When we showed them our booking confirmation and bank statement showing we paid, told sorry, given our money back in cash. One person said they had no details, another person knew our name as they were talking. If they had over booked, they had 3 days to let us know so we could have changed our plans. We then had to scramble to find a room at the last minute and the only option left was not pleasant and left us with not a great memory of Sumbawa. Choose this place carefully and have another option ready for when you are disappointed

Super nice and helpful owner. He organized transport for us from Bima to Sape and from the hotel to the port at a fair price.The rooms are sufficiently equipped and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The restaurant is nice.

A highly recommended hotel because the place is spacious, clean and comfortable. Suitable for those who want to stay overnight before using the ferry to Labuan Bajo 👍🏻
