Very clean, air conditioned room. Basic for the price you pay (equivalent of RM129/night). Location is good, but not great as it’s right on busy main road. Parking 🅿️ is through the building. No lift/elevator. Big fridge. If you like hard mattress, you will like the bed 🛏️.

The room is very clean. The owner is kind-hearted. Very friendly, good bed, comfortable mattress, inexpensive price. The building inside is quite large. There is a parking lot next to the hotel. It's easy to find food. There is an a la carte restaurant (Muslim). Check across the hotel. Delicious, cheap There are also drinks for sale in the hotel.

Overall quite good. There is little parking and inside some rooms there is a cigarette smell. I want the room to be completely cleared before opening for accommodation. But a room with no problems at all is very good. There is a water heater. New air conditioner too, cool and comfortable.

im from malaysia, and we found this hotel at the very last minute. the hotel was new and super clean. the hotel's owner which is an uncle and aunt is very kind. long story short, i lost my gold necklace. i contacted this hotel back and they said they have my necklace. and i got my gold necklace back. thank you bureesateng hotel.
