We wrote an honest review about the need to change the towels to newer ones at airbnb. And the shower jar is also in new packaging, because it is already breaking due to age. The hairdryer here, I don’t even know what to say, it looks like it’s from the last century.As a result, they were offended and left a note in their profile)I also wanted to write them a message, but they had already blocked me, almost the same situation as with the commentator belowOverall the hotel is good for a couple of days, the location is excellent

Day before checking in owner sent a huge list of rules to follow whilst staying at the property which was weird but okay. But then we got into our room and had another huge list on the bathroom door of rules eg do not dirty the towels, eat on the bed or spray in the room, clog the toilet or you will be penalised.Made us feel uncomfortable and definitely not relaxed, constantly worrying if we did something wrong. Pool area was messy and does not look like the photos. We ended up checking out early and stayed somewhere else.

We originally booked this room for 4 nights. After waking up the day prior to checkin with a WhatsApp message with about 100 rules to read out I got a red flag from this accommodation. The front staff were very friendly on arrival. Our room was clean but were greeted with more rules on a printed out piece of paper on the bathroom door. I see this as a very unprofessional way to manage your business. We heard other guests experiences with the owner and none were positive. After staying one night we decided to check out and go to another accommodation. This place gave my partner and myself a very uneasy feeling as if we were been constantly watched.

The host of this accommodation is extremely rude and unprofessional. He (or she) also has a nasty track record of attempting to claim money from guests long after their stay for dubious things like damage to property. We only stayed for 1 night and I would not recommend anyone doing even that, your money is better spent elsewhere.

I wanted to book this property through Airbnb. Unfortunately I had difficulties with the verification, tried twice and then gave up. I then received a very unfriendly message from the host. I'm glad I didn't book.

I stayed in this stay for two nights with my partner, and I gave it 4 stars on Airbnb, explaining that the communication and the hotel were well located, but the pool is very small and the breakfast very basic, with only one hour (from 8 a.m. to 9).Well, I'm going here because your answer is completely out of place. The owner of this place is an unstable person, incapable of running an establishment, who does not take criticism well. He accuses me of many things in his response (very aggressively) when I simply explained my opinion of the establishment to help future guests.Don't stay here if you don't want to have problems with the owner. I don't recommend it at all.

This was previously listed as "Phoenix B&B", but perhaps they changed it to remove some poor reviews which also had aggressive replies from the owner.Overall, the place is not too bad for the money. The rooms are quite good compared to other similarly priced properties in the area. However, there are some points for improvement:- Owner is strangely passive aggressive if you provide any feedback. You don't feel welcome at all- The pool has broken chairs and is overall useless (I'm OK with that for the price)- The on-site staff is very friendly and helpful, but doesn't speak a word of English- The room was completely covered in mosquitos. I mentioned it to the staff after check-in (early afternoon), nothing was done. I went out to buy mosquito spray myself. Then at ~23:15 a random guy knocked on my door and handed me mosquito spray, very strange experience- You are given a long list of things you're not allowed to do when you arrive. I understand previous guests may have ruined it for others, but I think there is a better way to communicate it. Things like "no family or friends allowed" are off-puttingThe good:- Room is good compared to other similar priced properties in the area- Good water pressure in the shower (this is not common at this price range)- Clean (if I ignore the mosquitos after checking in)- Location is theoretically quiet, unfortunately there is construction next door with noise and trash burning (not the fault of the property though)- Close to restaurants and beachI think if they improved the communication from the owner it would be a much nicer and more respected place to stay. Currently, I wouldn't consider going back simply because of the communication from the owner.
