The room is nice...but it's a bit noisy because it's near the main road.Care for drivers... driver safety is also available. Friendly guard.The quality of the food needs to be improved and the food needs to be surveyed every time.

The place is comfortable to stay, whether for family or alone, the service is friendly, the facilities are complete, the view from the hotel is nice and beautiful, the food and drinks are suitable for the taste buds and the prices are affordable

The room is not clean... the bathroom smells of urine and is slippery... please give a mat in front of the bathroom with rubber underneath (non-slip mat... I'm afraid someone will slip... (then when I was staying there I slipped and fell ... my feet are swollen and I feel like I'm limping... I want to go on a picnic/go for a trip to Bromo but I'm in pain) ... the service is very friendly and polite... the food is delicious... the bed and furniture are full of dust + dirty... the water the heat for bathing is too hot (can't adjust the heat levels)... hopefully it will be improved for those in the room... hopefully it will be better

The sheets are smelly, the bathroom too. I think they didnt change the sheet after the previouse guest. We booked for two nights but we decided to leave after the 1st night. Thank God they didnt charge for any last minite cancellation.

Strategic location for those who want to stay in the lower area because it is right before the uphill and winding road.The rooms are decent, but please improve the cleanliness, especially the sheets, pillows and blankets which are damp and have a slight musty smell.The bathroom needs perfume/camphor, please check periodically for hot water because sometimes it doesn't work.Staff friendly and helpful.Standard food.Overall, the cleanliness of the room, bathroom and area around the room needs to be improved.

The building is nice, comfortable enough to stop by before peaking to see the sunrise. Includes breakfast even though it is served at 8 am. There is also warm water, towels and soap.
