This is clearly a fraudulent intention, the proof is in all the applications, but the location says it doesn't serve online orders. and booking money cannot be refunded.

I came a long way after getting PHP, the hotel was no longer there, but it was still listed on the online booking app. And funds cannot be refunded. cheated

Kind of disappointed with the cleanness and payment process.Try to look up other rooms if they have cleaner one, turns out the 1st room they gave is the most clean out of others..Also because they are cooperating with OYO, and it looks like the cooperation is not good and the price on the App wasn’t updated yet, so they asked us to pay additional money when arrived there.Ended up we re-book and paid directly to the property instead to the OYO.

1. The message on the application turned out to be rejected when it arrived, it said the application rate did not apply, even though it clearly stated that it was already booked, we had to book a room at the regular price because it was late at night and it was raining heavily, 2. Pillows and bolsters were not provided in our second room, 3. 4. It's hot during the day because the roof is made of galvalume and there is no fan, 4. the mattress is flat, 5 there are holes in the roof so that at night insects come in.
