The only fairly new hotel in terms of quality, comfort and cleanliness in the Gala areaThe negative things about it are that there is a loud elevator noiseTherefore, I prefer to book rooms that are far away from the hotel while the sounds of ambulances are continuous, due to the hotel’s location being close to Gala General HospitalMost of the receptionists have a frowning face, but the guards and the rest of the employees are very respectful and helpful

Stayed in room 207 and was impressed with almost everything.Stuck 1 employee!!When checking out, the housekeeper checked the room and said that 1 bottle of mineral water had been opened.Even though we open normal Singha water (I remember this because I intended to refrigerate the Singha juice.) I made the mistake of not taking photos.Go up and peek again. (Because some of our friends in the room hadn't come down yet) I saw the staff bring an open bottle of mineral water and place it next to me while eating. So I went to ask to see and was told we were open. And if we do something wrong, why don't we throw it away? This is confusing. Do we keep it for later eating?I'm not stuck paying money. But the question is, why must you be dishonest with your customers? Don't think that all customers won't remember or are stupid.The receptionist was pleasant and did not welcome guests. Didn't check for you. He made a face and confirmed that he had opened mineral water.The hotel is doing well. But the honesty of some employees is zero. End

I stayed in this hotel for one night. Before entering the hotel, they warned that there was no smoking in the rooms. However, they did not say anything about not drinking on the balcony. They imposed a fine of 1000 baht for smoking on the balcony. And their behavior changed suddenly, they were not modest about it at all. Still, thank you for everything.

Nice well-equipped, well-maintained rooms. Would do very well if the front desk is more courteous & friendly. Parking is limited but attendant is very accomodating.

The staff at reception were tense and spoke curtly, without any service mind, truly as rumored. Stay here every time I come to Yala. Three years on and it's still the same every time.

For hotel 1200bath is too expensive, i drink 1botel of mineral water staff take me for 20bath. first time travel in thailand mineral water with 1200bath room need to pay.. first and last.. 1200bath no free mineral water🤭😅😅😅

Regular hotels are the best, I think in many ways. When checking out, there will be a LINE message to give feedback. I've been told every time that the wifi isn't working, but I haven't improved the system for many years. Until recently, I couldn't even connect.Next time, maybe think again and try to find a new place.

Actually, at first I said that it was very good, but....staying in a double bed, moving the bed to avoid the air conditioner under the bed, there was a lot of dust and there were a lot of small snack scraps as well.

Nice and clean hotel. Good and friendly staffs, who can speak malay n english. Tq for yr services.For vehicles parking in the open space area, they will assist to cover up the windscreen. Awesome!

The best hotel in Yala city There are convenience stores nearby, coffee shops, and hospitals.The best and safestBut there is no hair dryer. There was no breakfast, no gym, only friends to sleep with, but slept very well.

Everything is excellent. The room is beautiful, clean, bed, refrigerator, wardrobe, TV, air conditioner, all big, but wifi is not good.
