I've ordered at OYO with this application, I've transferred the money but when I went to the hotel I was surprised to find the hotel empty, with no people and no Oyo written on it. When I banged, the father said THE HOTEL WAS NOT READY!!! Wow, I was very surprised. If it's not ready yet, why, as the owner and OYO, have dared to advertise this hotel, from the price, the atmosphere, to the point where I can trust it and immediately transfer because it's the first time I've arrived in Malang at night and I'm tired. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Wow, SO SHY!!! I FINALLY SLEEP AT A GAS POM!!! THANK YOU
