Annoying other road users because their guests park there is annoying. Public road but feels like a private parking lot, right? I don't know if anyone has ever negotiated or not. But managers should also know themselves a little

Location: strategic near the station, nearby stalls, Alfamart, Indomart, prayer roomService: friendly, there is a public kitchen, gallon water.Parking space: spacious motorbike, car parked outside the accommodationRoom: 3x3m, has towels, blankets, non-freon indoor AC, TV, table, bathroom shower, sitting closetMy advice is to book directly at the accommodation, via OYO there will be an additional fee up to the normal price.The room was damp because the indoor AC only had wind, it felt uncomfortable.

I ordered on Agoda, I paid 124k when I arrived at the place, they said the room was already occupied by other people, what's worse, Oyo didn't want to help with a refund at all, the money wasn't returned, instead they offered to fill the room, adding another 150k, it's crazy, until now the money hasn't been returned.

This is the first time I feel like I'm being pranked...I ordered 3 rooms via Traveloka but when I arrived at the location I was asked to pay more on the grounds that the price on Traveloka was below the standard hotel price...You should ask for extra from Traveloka, the one who charges the low price, why ask the customer for extra...The owner said lightly, if you want to stay, you have to add more, if you don't want to add more, that's fine, you can get a refund... What kind of explanation is that???? Want to enjoy it yourself....The service of the receptionist & hotel owner is very unfriendly...

I'm sorry. It seems like it's really a scam to stay here. It says there is AC but it's not AC. There is only a fan in the form of an AC. Actually, the room was quite clean, although there was a lot of dust stuck to the walls, there were cockroaches that came in from somewhere, and for some reason there were lots of ants, lots of big ants and small ants. There were also lots of ants on the bed. The window was broken and couldn't be locked, so it didn't feel safe at all. The door slot is damaged, it must be locked first. Shower doesn't function. There's only 1 plug and you have to unplug the TV too. Asked to change rooms but wasn't given one. For 170/night I think this is very, very detrimental
