It's serious, it's serious!!Ordered via the application but when I arrived it turned out the rooms were already sold out. He said because there were already people ordering offline... why don't you just close the application when it's full, even though there are other accommodations that can say "rooms not available" if they are already full. They gave us the option of moving to a downgrade and returning a room that didn't match what we had paid. Eh, when it was time to return it, it turned out the nominal had still been reduced...They always say the application is wrong, they don't want to be blamed. It's serious. Paid 9xx thousand only got a refund of 150 thousand. We brought three families, all of whom brought small children. Just imagine how many people are trapped like our family... what a fraud you are

Fraudulent hotel1. Order 3 superior rooms on Agoda, total 911 thousand2. Arriving at the location, it turned out that the rooms were full, indeed the hotel was not closed in the application, finally it was replaced with a non-AC standard, and was promised cashback of 400 thousand due to the hotel's error3. Give up on coming here, don't recommend it, I paid 911 thousand via Agoda for a superior room but it turns out it was fully booked and there were only hot non-AC rooms, I was tricked and promised a refund of 402 thousand but in the morning I was refunded only 150 thousand. The room was full and Agoda said it was empty. Entering a narrow alley, parking is difficult, standard rooms don't have breakfast, complaints are rejected outright, fraud in the name of not wanting to be charged by the Agoda application.

Stayed here because of a sudden need. Priced at 150/ml standard room + bf. No deposit.Close to Kanjuruhan stadium, Kepanjen market.It's called a hotel but the facilities are like accommodation.Minuses that must be evaluated again by the manager:1. The building looks shabby2. Climbing 3 floors of stairs is good for exercise3. The bathroom is stuffy4. There are no toiletries5. There are no tissues, you only get 1 mineral water6. The small, thin blanket doesn't fit 2 people7. There is no hot water8. small fan and automatic fan and heat9.small tv and not cable tv10. When I was going home my helmet visor broke in the parking lot, I don't know why11. Breakfast is rawon rice and hot teaHopefully it will be evaluated again by the management.Sorry for my criticism, I hope it's constructive.
