Villa Evan Batu

I booked Villa Evan through Batu Holiday villa agent. The service for ordering & the check-in process is very good, the admin is friendly & polite. The villa environment is also safe because of 1 gate system & equipped with CCTV at many points.Plus points from this villa:- The area feels spacious & suitable for large families- There is no damp smell, like in villas in Batu in general- There are a total of 4 rooms but only 3 can be used (1 is locked, for storage, he said)- The bed is comfortable for sleeping & the bed sheet is also clean- All rooms are air-conditioned, except for the family room but when the door is opened, the air is quite cool- There are a total of 4 bathrooms even though the villa specs are mentioned as 2. Of course 2 have a shower + toilet, but the other 2 are just toilets (1 is a squat toilet + small bath for the driver/maid)- Cooking, eating & drinking water utensils are provided (pans, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, etc.)- The villa area is close to many restaurants and minimarkets- In the morning there are baker's cider sellers who go around the complex, in the afternoon there are meatballs, in the evening there are rounds of brown sugar + angsle- The swimming pool does not smell of chlorineMinus points:- Several corners of the building need repair at several points (some of the walls and ceiling are cracked, some of the buffet is a bit peeling, the grass in the back area needs to be mowed, the lights next to the pool are dead)- On the day we checked in there were ants in the upstairs room & near the kitchen stove, but fortunately the villa agent was quick to respond & gave information that baygon had been provided/if they had run out they could send it again. Then after spraying Baygon, the ants didn't come any more.- There are several stray cats around the villa complex & sometimes some of them chase them to ask for food 😅- Take the row to get to the villa via a small road in a few meters (sufficient for 2 cars, a bit tight), then go to the larger villa complexOverall, the experience of staying at Villa Evan was quite enjoyable. The important thing is that the villa is clean enough and doesn't smell damp. Children are also happy to be able to swim in the private pool

The service was slow, the sheets were dusty and itchy, lots of ants, no towels were provided. In my opinion, the price of 3.5 million is too expensive
