Noise insulation is bad. Walls are thin to the point you can hear gargling and brushing teeth from adjacent room in the mornings. Excellent location as its walking distance to food outlets and nightlife. Bring your own toothbrush, otherwise there is a basket with available toiletries for a fee. Secure parking available for only 3 cars.

Not friendly staff , difficult to park car or motorcycle limited place, also need to pay deposit 500baht each room event you have paid full the room and need to give your passport they keep, is not good for privacy or you securrity. Normally if you pay deposit they won keep your passport in my experience stay at hotel at betong area. Need to check out at 11am suporse 12pm. Not rekemended may be not in good the time we stay here. Event every year we always stay at betong so many hotel but hear not rekemended.

The room is clean, the sheets are neat and tidy. But the room has a musty smell, the bathroom is clean, the water is strong, overall it is considered ok.

First of all I thought this hotel scam me when i cancel the booking but no refund but this their policy but when i try to email and discuss with them..they accept my condition and agree to change the date..tq so much to Betong Hello Hotel..After check in on 11/11/23: The room so far very nice and front desk also friendly so i don’t think this hotel 🏨 is scam..from hotel easy to walking to Betong Town

The hotel is located across from a tavern which plays loud live music until midnight. Not recommended for those who sleep quickly or have difficulty falling asleep. Because I won't be able to sleep until the music is quiet.There is parking but it is not convenient. Because they were parked in line to go inside. You must leave your keys at Reception. If any vehicle wants to leave, you must back up one vehicle at a time. Especially if you plan to go out to see the sea of mist in the early morning. You should allow at least some time. 15 minutes if the car is parked at the end. It might be worse if the car blocking you doesn't leave the keys!!!

Very convenient for shoppers in location. Centre of town and within walking distance to the local market. The rooms are clean and quiet. The only complaint is water temperature in bathroom inconsistent. Can be icy cold one minute and fiery hot another once you turn the tap to adjust heat.. Have to let them keep your passport during stay. Limited parking.

Top level location The room smells musty. The room is not soundproof. Next to the room, the alarm clock was set at 3 a.m. I heard it until I couldn't sleep. Not worth the price of 850
