Very strategic location, still within reach of other places such as Alun2, Indomaret, culinary establishments, etc. The place is still beautiful because of the direct view of the gardens and mountains, the air is also cold so a water heater is provided. The downside is that the side of the villa is still dirty, there are still small corpses and some sides need to be looked at again for maintenance, apart from that it's just comfortable

A comfortable place to stay in Batu ❤️The location is strategic, close to the main square, places to eat, the transport museum and other tourist attractions in Batu.The room is spacious and clean, there is a TV and fan (which never turns on and it's already cold), complete cooking equipment, the dining room and living room are also spacious.The owner is really nice ❤️❤️ He can be contacted at any time and if he needs something he is very responsive.

VILLA CALISTA BATU (villa 3BR 1KM)LOCATIONThe location is at Perum Metro Indah Regency Batu. The location is quite strategic and the road to the villa is very good, mashaAllah, especially from morning to evening because it is on either side of the mountain.It's quiet, not noisy, so it's perfect for healing.VILLA REVIEW✓ Checkin says it's written at 14.00 but at 11am WA already put the key, and you can check in if you want✓ according to the photo on OTA✓ The owner is friendly and responds quickly by WA (confirm booking + ask questions + ask for mineral water refills in the morning)✓ For parking, 1 car / several motorbikes is enough✓ there is a fence so it is very safe✓ really homey and very clean from the front to the inside of the house✓ There are several plants on the terrace to make it fresher + 1 clothesline✓ there is a sink on the terrace & a mop in the small janitor's room on the terrace✓ 3 non-AC bedrooms but with fans, all queen size bedrooms (2 with cupboards and TV, 1 only bed + fan)✓ 1 bathroom has an LPG water heater which can be used smoothly✓ toiletries only get towels✓ there is an extra bed with 2 soft single foam mattresses + 2 pillows✓ there are 2 soft sofas in the living room and kitchen✓ the kitchen is clean and the equipment is complete so you can cook (magic com, pans, pans, plates, spoons etc.)✓ there is a refrigerator + toaster (all work well)✓ free 5 indomie (fried and soup) 😍✓ free refill of LPG and Gallon Mineral Water✓ there is tea, coffee, sugar, salt✓ several toys are provided for children 😍✓ In the living room there is also a TV but not cable TV because there is no WiFi, but the internet there runs smoothly✓ in front of the alley there is a "fresh nature" restaurant, ordering food online goes smoothly✓ checkout at 12.00 so the motorbike was a bit fast so I didn't miss the JJ train

Mrs. Christy is kind, neat, the place is hommy..Gallon aqua, bottled aqua are provided, plus indomie which just needs to be cookedBecause suddenly the electricity was about to run out of credit in the middle of the night..I immediately called Mrs. Christi..Her mother was quick to respond..In the morning I sent bread to apologize..Even though it was actually okay...but I was touched by Mrs. Christy's response..thank you...
