December 2023, my wife & I stayed at ALfa Homestay, booked on Agoda.* There are 2 rooms on the 2nd floor, I just took 1 room.* In the room, the bed is spacious enough for 3 adults, there are 2 pillows, 2 blankets, there is a window facing the outside and you can see the Batu Night Spectacular (BNS).* There is a bathroom, there is a water heater, there is a bucket, a sitting toilet, there is a dipper, a soap dish on the wall, there is a toothbrush, a small toothpaste.* There is a Rofftop that can be climbed up the stairs, at the Rofftop you can see the view around the Homestay.* There is a kitchen, instant noodles (Glass noodles), cutlery containers, there are plates, bowls, glasses, pans, glasses, gas stove, 3 kg gas cylinder.* There is a sofa in front of the bedroom door, a sofa in front of the exit door.* There is a terrace for drying clothes, there are clothes hangers. from the terrace you can look out onto BNS.* If you walk straight to Arum Manis in the morning, you can look for food, like fried chicken, chicken soup.* In the afternoon. At night there are sweet martabak, egg martabak, fried rice, fried kwetiau, etc. along the front of BNS. (Pay all in cash).* From Alfa, walk to the left. Just go straight and find Arum Manis, the Batu By2 Center. (Pay only BCA Debit, Cash).* Just walk to BNS.* In the afternoon and evening the air is cool.* My wife and I went looking for food, to BNS, to others on foot, the air was clean, cool, comfortable, safe.* While staying here, the two of us went to Jatim Park 1, Jatim Park 2, Jatim Park 3, BNS, Strudel Malang, Pia Cap Mangkok, etc.* The owner is friendly, selling delicious seblak below.* Downstairs there is ALfamart, just go downstairs.* All day the situation was calm, not noisy / noisy when we stayed there.* We went from Tangerang City to Batu by Juragan99 Sleeper Class and got off at Arjosari Terminal, picked up by the Mr. who owns the Homestay.* One day, if we go to Batu again, we will stay there.
