Amazing value. Large, clean room with AC and bathroom (cold shower). Really nice breakfast included. It is a short taxi ride to the harbor, but that's a small inconvenience for having such a nice place to stay.

Superb, very unusual location and attentive staff!I recommend the place to organize your trip to the Togian Islands. Eddy is the man! :) he is so incredible helpfull and knows everything and everybody around the area. He is the perfect fixer. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, almost excessive. When we stood here Eddy offered rooms with AC for 250k/night and with only a fan for 150k/night, all including a simple yet good breakfast. Some basic meals and dishes are also available at the menu. The outside area of the homestay is kind of a nice open garden with free roaming chickens, a deer and some cats. The sister lives in a house sharing the same garden and providing the Wifi for the guests (quite slow though). We did not walk outside the homestay but it is close to the main road and therefor to lots of places to eat or shop. As a bonus you will be the main attraction to the local people once you step outside, getting a lot of friendly attention. Due to the proximity to the ferry harbour it is probably the best place to stay in between transports to of from the islands.

We only stayed here for one night, but Mr. Edy is great! Very friendly and very helpful :) He organized our onward journey for us and everything went as planned :)The room we had was also perfect! :)We felt very comfortable !The breakfast was also really tasty! :))

Magnificent place to stay. The rooms are spacious, very clean. The owner Mr. Eddy and his family will welcome you warmly. Monsieur Eddy will find you solutions to travel anywhere in Sulawesi, he has more information than Google 😊. The breakfast is plentiful and they are the only ones to provide knives, a feat for Indonesia. Thank you for your welcome and your kindness.

New, clean, 3 large rooms with terrace and large garden and lots of breakfast! Above all, Edy knows everything you need to know to get to the Togeans and continue traveling afterwards. He is also very personable and reliable. So don't hesitate to contact him and then spend the inevitable night on the way here!

Permai Ampana has some very clean and spacious rooms with A/C (rare in Sulawesi)!Edi goes out of her way to ensure that we lack nothing and have a perfect stay. Very generous and very good breakfast with a large plate of fruit and banana pancakes. Edi masters all transport schedules for Togian and will be able to guide you! Thanks again!

So happy we found this guesthouse. Edi made sure we got everything we needed. The room is spacious and very clean which is a big plus in Sulawesi as it’s harder to find affordable and clean places. We got a banana pancake and mixed fruits for breakfast, there’s water, coffee and tea always available throughout the day, and Edi can provide travel information and arrange transportation all over sulawesi and trips to togean islands. Great place and will definitely be back here.

New and nicely decorated guesthouse. Rooms are huge and bed super comfy. Food is amazing and it’s a great value for money as well. The owner is super nice and really helpful. Nothing is impossible for Edi and he will help you to organise everything!

We stayed in Ampana Permai Guesthouse for just one night but we really enjoyed our stay. The owner and his family made us feel here at home. Edi has a huge knowledge about the area and lots of contacts so he can help to organise everything. He helped us with our journey to Togean Islands and told us a lot about Indonesia and Sulawesi. Breakfast was amazing! Papaya salad, mango, pancakes and great coffee! The night before we had delicious dinner here as. well. There is no better place to stay in Ampana:) thank you so much

Clean and comfy bed, massive room and bathroom. Really nice breakfast and dinner options. Close to shops, supermarket, ATM, food options and beach.The service is 10/10, Edy is so helpful and genuine guy. We had an interview and needed a quiet place with good WiFi. Edy drove us around to find a good spot and also arranged us a boat when the feet and speed boats were not available. Definitely would stay again
