if it's just for transit, it's okay, not suitable for a staycationYou can get complete additional facilities such as burners and skewers tooThere are rice cookers, irons, stoves, gallon water etcThe view from the back balcony is good, good for drinking coffee, unfortunately the back balcony is very dirtyThe front yard is also dirty and the inside of the house smells of dust, the smell typical of a house that hasn't been lived in for a long timethat's more or less allVERY CHEAP PRICE 👍

The place is comfortable, it's just a bit dirty, then the water heater also happens to be when I want to use it and it can't be used, the admin is quite responsive too, maybe the renter can check it first before using it

The location of the villa is quite strategic and comfortable, but the facilities are still lacking, such as no Wi-Fi, the water heater takes a long time to heat up, the fan seems to be broken because even though it rotates it doesn't circulate any air at all, then the cleanliness details are also lacking because there are used alcohol bottles. dumped on the balcony above, hopefully it will be used as repair material in the future.
