I wish I could give zero starts. Only the view was nice otherwise Worst service worst food with the charges paid. Bad behaviour of the staff they laugh on your face, towels provided are not clean. Rental scooters they provide are in really bad condition. I told them before leaving that I didn’t like the service the person who claims himself to be the boss of the villa said NEVER COME BACK TO NUSA PENIDA AGAIN. We were alone in the whole villa no wonder why no guests were there.Overall very sad and horrible people.

The room is very different from what was said in agoda. Not clean. The door is difficult to open and close. The bathroom is not completely closed. There are few plugs, there are no plugs on the ground floor, few employees, you have to ask for tissues, the air conditioner is not cool, the rental food is terrible. Not worth the price paid

coffee??? - not even similar to coffee, orange juice is syrup diluted with water. springrolls - good. stuffed with noodles similar to those from Chinese xupek

Seating was uncomfortable (hard, angular wooden furniture) but the views of the sea were good. Tables had lots of dead insects under their glass panes. The spring rolls were very oily and mostly just glutenous pastry and rice noodles (little meat or vegetables). The grilled fish, however, was very tasty. Service was ok; not particularly fast or friendly.

The place gives very welcoming vibes. All is good - the space, the food. If you are searching for decent place, there you will find it. Beautiful sunrise, astonishing moonlight. The sound of the ocean as you sleep. Very friendly stuff. Affordable and family-friendly villas.

I wanted to eat grilled fish, we saw that they had it here and we stopped, we ordered a salad, spring roll, some nasi goreng, and the fish; The spring rolls only had noodles, and the fish was already a disappointment. It was not grilled, it was fried, it was not clean, when I started to debone it, I found all the viscera and gills. I give it two stars for location but I don't recommend it.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. At our request we were able to rent scooters, do laundry and call taxis.The lunch included in the accommodation is correct with a view of the sea.The accommodation is clean, however the water in the shower has a more or less strong smell with a malfunctioning shower head.I advise.
