The house is clean, tidy. There is a garden in front, a garage without a fence.Enter the alley downhill. In front of Jatimpark 2 & drive thru park.2 rooms with 1 bed size 160*200. Not 2 brown beds in a row, like the map photo... Unfortunately there is no documentation.The extra bed is thin, more like a mattress. Not a bed.There is a bar table, cooking utensils, the refrigerator is ready to use, it's cold.For drinking water, it's better to bring your own, gallon water is provided but you use a manual pump, which is difficult...When I went there there was no shower but the water heater was functioning well.Behind there is a garden and clothesline, hangers are also provided. Rooms without AC.There is only a half body mirror in the back room. The other one has a small mirror.Sorry, yesterday there were a few cooking utensils that hadn't been washed because I was in a hurry to check them out 🙏Many people sell through the front door. So don't be confused about looking for food.My advice, just fill the front garden with grass or plants. Don't have any gaps. The problem is that there are many cats in the house who are shy around them. So it smells 🙏Also for those bringing small children, toddlers who need a good night's sleep, good luck choosing the date. Because the villa next door has karaoke...Luckily yesterday it was only in the afternoon. The night is quiet 👍 the guard is friendly 👍👍 thank you.

The villa owner is friendly, the facilities are complete, the price is also cheap... the only suggestion is to tidy up the grass behind the house
