Hotel more than perfect the view of the sea from the room is incredible. Staff who take care of you. The hotel restaurant and bars are excellent and inexpensive. Offers to rent scooters and activities. The hotel is located on the east side of the island which makes it a quiet and ultra relaxing place. Thank you !

Breakfast 1A, rooms in first location 1AWe lost two things during the laundry, but we were only able to get one back, which was a disappointment. Otherwise, loungers at the pool would be nicer, but really TOP in itself, renting scooters isn't expensive either, it really fits. Location so-so

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! I'd say it's one of the best I've stayed at. Firstly, it's absolutely gorgeous--the property is stunning and the pool is perfect. The customer service was beyond expectations and the staff made us feel like royalty, super helpful. They arranged transport for us, had motorbikes delivered, laundry picked up, massage arrangements made to be done in our room, among many other things and all for an extremely reasonable price. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning, included in the price of the hotel, but you could also choose to have it delivered anywhere on the property. I would 10000% stay here again and would come back to Nusa Penida just for the hotel and the lovely staff here.

Please donot fall in the trap of nice pictures. Most pathetic resort in Nusa penida. The staff is so money minded that they would charge even for using a toilet paper, tissue paper. Water bottles are chargeable. Most pathetic money minded folks who are running this property. Nothing nearby, you are own your own once you enter this and at the mercy of staff. Zero professionalism. Zero empathy for family, kids.

I booked via agoda, since the beginning i clearly mention on my booking, i wanted to have the room exactly the same like i booked via agoda, but no reply nothing, and when i checked in, they gave me different room. They told me the owner didn't update the photo in agoda, the room that they sell in agoda was single room not family, if i know that the room that i want not available, i wouldn't want to stay here because the location bad too far. How u make business if u Don't provide details of the room, and give ur customer empty promises. I said to the staff upon check in i wanted to see the manager, i stays there for 3days and 2 nights NONE OF THE STAFF SHOWS UP TO MY FACE and talk about it, AGAIN EMPTY PROMISES. the reception staff said they will do something about it, but in the end they do nothing. None of enquiry matters, they just take money and gone.Don't worry i would never again come back here nor recommend this place to anyone.1. Toilet Water is salty, need to use mineral water to brush teeth,2. First night the toilet was clogged, and the water bidet was too slow to use.3. No fridge in the family room.4. The floor still feel dusty even after they clean it.5. Location is not so good.

We really enjoyed our time at The Sagara Penida, the best was the view of the ocean and the sunrise! It’s very relaxing and beautiful. If you are looking to relax and disconnect of your phone definitely an option! Breakfast was ok, the pool is small but is a actually very nice! We enjoyed our last morning chilling there, it was lovely! Everyone is so nice and kind :)

The property has a great view, with easy access to nearby attractions, the cleanliness of the rooms was akin to a mystery novel left unsolved. The facilities seemed to play hide and seek, and the staff's enthusiasm could use a shot of espresso. The room size left us feeling like we were playing a game of Tetris with our luggage. Don't even get me started on the Wi-Fi. Overall, our experience was as thrilling as watching paint dry. But hey, at least the view was so breathtaking it could make even a skeptic believe in magic. As for the food, it was as average, and the service felt like a distant acquaintance rather than a helpful hand. And let's not forget the quirky detail of no phones in the room; you practically had to embark on a quest to the reception for anything. And if you're into exotic pets, you'll love the surprise lizard guests in the room. But hey, that view, worth every lizard encounter.

All day long, little local children are screaming under the window, YouTube, Tiktok are playing,The rooms are not cleaned at all.,They lay out the bed linen and don’t even change it,Dirty dishes after breakfast sit all day,They don't take out the trashThey don't speak EnglishThe bikes for rent are old and broken.Just a nice hotel design, good cuisine, and a cool location.

Great views from the lobby and the balcony. Can easily hear the waves during the night. We were welcomed with welcome drink which was refreshing.! Great breakfast, we had it in the infinity pool and one the next day in the jacuzzi.The only noteworthy issue we experience was the salty water were we were basically had a hard time to take shower because of no lather in the soap and the basin for the hand wash.Else had good working ACs. The view was mesmerizing and had a great view of the sunrise ❤️. Recommended.

The room is great, it can fit 4 people but it only has one bathroom and the bathroom can't be locked. The AC is cold and working properly 👌🏼Their pool is not that big but it's kinda deep though, they also have a jacuzzi.The food is okay.The location is a bit far from the harbor, and the road is a bit steep but the views are amazing and you can hear the sound of waves while trying to sleep.

Our stay was fine but we expected a lot more for the money. Only half the rooms have actual sea view, half are heavily obstructed and it was quite disappointing on arrival. Pool area is bit rough round the edges, yes the infinity pool has good sea view but lean over the edge and it’s piles of trash. Hopefully they can clean this up. Food was good and not too pricey so we appreciated this.
