Honestly, by God, I really regret staying at the hotel here1. When checking in, the receptionist was not friendly, aka he didn't have any smiles2. When you checked in, you didn't have towels etc. when you checked in3. We both checked and gave him 1 towel4. The AC is not cold enough5. The TV can't copy YouTube6. Hotels are equivalent to a rate of 200 thousand, such as the Salemba Indah Hotel, My Hotel, etc. The staff are friendly, the receptionist wears a fan uniform and in the room they don't provide mineral water here at all.As a member of the PHRI (Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association) I am very embarrassed to see that a 2 star class hotel should be priced at this class, not 100 thousand, not 200 thousand. I will follow up on this problem with the tourism sector and the owner.

1. There are no trash cans in each room so what is the role of housekeeping/cleaning service.2. The sheets were a bit dirty white, even though there was a written rule in the room, "don't get stains", then the sheets had small holes like the previous occupant had cigarette ash on them, so let's just introspect about the service first.3. The spring bed really feels like the iron springs are a bit painful on the spine.4. The bathroom sink has a drain that leaks onto the bathroom floor & the towels are a bit dirty, so they're a little dirty, like they're going to be used as doormats.5. The AC is not cold enough like a cooler fan.That's it.
