I've been boarding here for 2 years. The owner just wants money money money and money. If there is damage, just say "that's your responsibility, it depends on your own usage". Well, if you've only been boarding for a week (when you first boarded) the flush is already broken, is it the occupant's fault?! Is it true that when I use it, I slam it and pull it?! Meanwhile, when I looked at the shower hose, it was broken because it was badly rusted.And there are lots of rat droppings everywhere. So gross! Really dirty.The same owner who looks after it is both lazy. He said please clean up the rat droppings, the guard instead answered "Sir said I'll just clean it normally".But I wonder why this boarding house is full and has lots of fans. Even though the boarding house is really dirty and not well maintained. Plus the owner just wants money, money and money.As for the strategic location, it's close to everywhere. But if the room and environment of the boarding house are dirty, it's useless.Where the smell of rat droppings really smells from outside the boarding house to inside the boarding house.For those who want to board here, think carefully and please pay attention to the cleanliness and function of the boarding house facilities.Because I also complained many times about the AC not feeling/not being cold, plus the water dripping from the AC which was like a leaking roof which kept dripping until every morning the room was muddy because of the AC dripping.It's always said that the freon isn't here yet.But there is no effort to service it at least once every 3/6 months. Only the ones filled with freon multiple times🫠Plus parking is irregular and inconsiderate. There must be some scratches on the motorbike
