The difference between the monthly rent and the owner is that you can't swim, the apartment sucks... it's different from the others... the expensive rental period is expensive and you can't swim, only for the owner... Really luxurious stars this time, this is the apart...🤣

The management is really great. For the residents themselves who have the right to get a parking space, it cannot be fulfilled according to the promise... but the management even gives GARTIS parking to the residents of the neighboring village. The manager's brain is really clever. The unit owner was told to pay and still didn't like to get a parking space but outsiders were given free parking. Hopefully the directors/shareholders will read this post...

The car park is bad... If you come home at 10pm or later, don't expect to be able to park.Cars are being added all the time but the parking area is not expanding. I already know that the parking lot doesn't fit but there are still parking lots closed by chains or cones.It's better if the interior of the housing is made into a parking lot rather than becoming housing.Those who want to rent here and bring a car, please look for another place. There are no more parking spaces here.
