The renting guests are very noisy until late at night and disturb the neighbors. The owner doesn't care about the neighbors who are affected. Homeowners should have a policy so that tenants do not make noise and noise during rest time (at night).

The location is rather small and the road access to get there is not that big. This is a plus because it's nice so it's not too noisy and you could say it's cool for Jakarta. All facilities function well.

Nice villa in the Cilandak area... the peak feeling is when the AC is all on... hehe... and for those who want to just stay where they are... because if you go out, you know Jakarta, there's no view and you'll find traffic jams...
