Coming from Lampang, upon arrival I was completely exhausted. The rooms are clean and spacious. The price is not too expensive, 450 baht per night. The water is strong, the air conditioner is cool, there is a refrigerator, a TV, a table, a kettle, coffee, etc. If I come to Lat Yao again, I will pin this place.

Clean, compact room, price 450 bahtIt is a 6 foot single bed, able to add an extra bed as well. There is a dining table in the room. The night air is cool and nice.

Anyone coming to Lat Yao District, I recommend it. It's clean, not expensive, 450 baht. There's also a monthly plan. The owner is kind, but there's no breakfast. As for the room, it's a good size, not cramped for 2 people to stay comfortably. Recommended.
