Please pay more attention to security for the management of AKR Gallery West Apart, attitude number 1, customer service is the main thing to maintain the company image👍🏻When AKR's class has employees who have minimal attitude towards guests, it's very unfortunate!

The security is congested, doesn't accept explanations from other people, at least listen to the guest's explanation first, don't just shout, we've explained it and still don't accept it, I know that security has to be tough and please be tough if you're proven to be a criminal, come be nice. just play and yell.

very very bad experience. I was treated and reprimanded like a criminal at 12 o'clock at night by 2 security guards here. shouted at like an animal like THERE IS NO SOP IN RECOGNIZING AND NOTIFYING VISITOR REGULATIONS IN A BETTER OR HUMANE WAY. Incidentally, I came here for the first time because I was visiting one of the residents at Akr Gallery West.the security has 0 attitude. VERY NOTHING TO HAVE ETHICS IN THE PROFESSION. I hope you see this, you TWO security guards who shouted earlier and negotiated me and my friend.OK, we mediated earlier but I still don't accept it. and my friend who lives there also doesn't accept it. Someday, I don't know, you will work in any field, STOP BELOWING PEOPLE, STOP BLUNDERING, YOU WORK. SOP THERAPY! GENDENG.

AT HALF 12 AT NIGHT I WAS SHOCKED BY SECURITY WHILE glaring at me who was already a rich criminal!! while saying "you're a resident aren't you!?" "It's people like you who got me scolded by my boss!"even though I explained that I was not a resident, it was my first time coming, and I didn't know the regulations.the reason is that there are lots of motorbikes going to the lobby, WHO'S WRONG IS IT? WHO'S WRONG IS THE RULES ARE NOT CLEAR AND THERE ARE NOT ALERT SO A LOT OF MOTORCYCLES ARE GOING TO THE LOBBY... AND IN EVENT IT WAS ME THAT WAS THE FIRST ONE TO COME TO THE APARTMENT, IT WAS THE ONE WHO WAS SHOCKED AT, NOT A HUMAN!!THAT'S NOT WHAT NEGUR DOES!! THIS IS REALLY SEVERE, THE MANAGEMENT WAS NOT ALWAYS ACCEPTABLE AS ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ABOUT SECURITY IN THIS REVIEWwhen my friend, who is a resident, comes SECURITY DOESN'T HAVE THIS MANUFACTURE, then his voice intonation is low and his own BLUNDERTHAT'S NOT THE WAY TO RECOMMEND!!!!VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND UNETHICAL COURTESY!!!!!!

AND HE BLAME ME PERSONALLY FOR MADE A MISTAKE WHICH SAID MY COLLECTOR'S MOTORCYCLE WAS GOING BACK AND BACK, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE FIRST TIME MY COLLECTOR WAS HERE. FOR GALLERY WEST SECURITY 0 ATTITUDE AND NO MORALS AT ALL. HOPE YOU SEE THIS, BECAUSE I PERSONALLY DON'T ACCEPT THIS.AND GIVE ME A SIGN SO THAT THE MOTORCYCLE CAN'T ENTER, SAID IT'S OFTEN, RIGHT?
