I stayed 3 days. Towels were not replaced, rubbish was not cleaned. The location is in the same direction & far from places to eat.

One of the budget places to stay in the Paseban and Salemba area. The location is strategic, close to the main road and passed by public transportation. The parking area for motorbikes is spacious but limited for cars. The receptionist will be at the door and will be asked to leave your ID card during your stay. Yesterday we got to the 3rd floor, to go up you can only use the stairs. The rooms are quite clean and smell good, there is AC, TV, 2 mineral water, bathroom with warm shower, toothbrush, toothpaste and comb. There is no wardrobe but there are clothes hangers. There are many food stalls and minimarkets around the location.

I've stayed here almost often for work needs or just want to relax, but there are some bathrooms that are not good, for friendly service the place is also nice in a room that isn't too busy so it's not noisy

comfortable for the family too...clean rooms, ok facilities functioning well..also close to the station...there was a slight problem when checking in.. the delivery was not good..During check-out, the bro was friendly and very helpful...

I have been to this place many times. Firstly, in terms of location it is sufficient. There is parking for vehicles and it is free. Finding food or minimarkets is also not difficult. The rooms are also quite spacious and clean. There is a TV and 2 bottles of mineral water. There are towels, toiletries and cotton buds available, as well as a cupboard for hanging clothes.However, the last time I visited here, I felt that the floor of the room was not clean, I felt like there was still dust on my feet. Even the bathroom floor was still dirty, I sprayed it with the shower, there was still a lot of dirt until the water was brown. I don't even get cotton buds anymore.There are usually 4 receptionist staff on duty (rotating). For the first employee, there was Ms. Sis, she was a friendly person. Likewise, the second employee was a friendly gentleman. The third employee, Mas Mas, who had lots of patches on his face, was also friendly.But I don't like the fourth employee. The characteristics of the person are brown skinned, his face has lots of pimples. He likes to play with his hotel prices and I think the fall for extortion. For example, if I check out at 15.00, the rules are written that there is a 25% additional fee if you check out at that time. The fee I should have paid was 45 thousand because the hotel book price was 180 thousand. Meanwhile, with this employee, I was once asked for 50 thousand on the grounds that the rules had changed. I showed him the written rules and then he finally allowed me to pay 45 thousand.I also checked out at 18.00, and was charged an additional 100 thousand. Even though I should only have to pay 90 thousand. Because I didn't want to have a long argument like before, so I just paid according to his wishes, even though I knew that the hotel's rules weren't like that, because the rules were written in the book available at the reception desk.To the management of Escotel Mahera, please take firm action against this employee because he has been like that many times. If just 1 person gets 5-10 thousand, what if there are lots of people checking out in that 1 day? Of course, this is very detrimental to new arrivals or customers who are used to it, including me.
