Checked in at 2 o'clock, I came there at 2 o'clock, but it wasn't neat, it hadn't been cleaned, it just made me annoyed,The intention was for him to rest straight away but he was told to wait and clean his face.It's your turn to check out, you have to hurry up and get it right.The service is also less than satisfactory, mostly extortionDoesn't match what's in the photo

There are 2 rooms at the front that cannot be locked from the outside, lots of insects enter the rooms through the cracks in the wood. There are 1 rooms in the main villa downstairs, there is a barracks room with 4 floor mattresses. Actually, the villa is nice, except that the bed sheets are dirty and smell like they haven't been replaced until my children are itching.. the sink leaks, it overflows under the floor and makes it muddy.. the carpet in the hall is dirty and smelly.. the kitchen equipment is not complete. Billiard sticks have bald ends, small swimming pool. It is described as being suitable for a capacity of 20-25 people, in fact it only accommodates 7 people in the karauke room which is very narrow and stuffy... the parking lot is quite spacious but the play yard is not enough for a capacity of 20 people and above... for that price it's not worth it... lots of caterpillars in it. around the swimming pool and something got into the caterpillar. The water hitter only works in 1 bathroom, the other one doesn't exist, the top room/barracks can't be used because the floor is sticky, the mattress and the sheets are smelly and there are lots of lizard eggs...

Thanks for Villa Rancak- Overall the rooms are ok, you just need a key in each room- The water heater needs to be repaired so that it can be better- Billiard tables and clubs need to be repaired- Villa guard service is goodIn essence, every deficiency needs to be corrected again as input. Thanks yo

Just one day and one staycation here. Villa Rancak really needs attention, dear owner!! Details as follows:1. The quality of the wooden house is that there are several gaps from room to room where you can peek through the gaps in the wooden walls which are not tight. And the slide door is not provided with a lock as security.2. The quality of the water heater is not functioning normally (normally if you move the lever to control the hot and cold water & pull up/down to control the volume of water that comes out).3. Additional facilities, namely Billiards, are only absent as long as they are available. The carpet is in disarray, the sticks are not suitable for use because the cue tip bearings are coming off, there are balls with double numbers 6 & 15.4. Wireless facilities (WIFI). The location of the villa is very far from what is called a signal booster, so we really need the internet, the WiFi in this villa very often experiences interruptions, losing connection for 15-20 minutes repeatedly.5. Room Facilities. Yes, you heard that right. With rental figures reaching almost 2 jetties per weekday, there is no such thing as a clothes hanger. And Gordyn can be seen from the outside and disturb the privacy of those of us staying overnight.So Please, IMPROVE YOUR PROPERTY!!!
