The hotel is very scary, lots of strange events and sounds. I decided to check out after 1 hour in the room and move to another hotel

The place is comfortable, but right from the entrance to the inside, please install lights for lots of light, so that those of us who bring small children don't worry about the children playing in front

All things considered, this was a pretty bad stay: place was renovating, hallway & stairs a little dilapidated, hot water takes a long time and wasn't hot.The place was renovating and we just knew about it when we arrived. The concern was the renovation took place on the 2nd floor/rooftop area and it's likely that unprotected debris from this area enters the swimming pool. I had intended to swim here but decided against it due to this.Hallway and stairs were also quite dilapidated and there was some black mold on the ceilings. The sole musholla looked old and lonely, and the architecture doesn't make a lot of sense either.Amenities — no shower soap, hot water takes a long time to get hot and it never really does, AC was on its last breaths before needing the next maintenance cycle. Comped bottled water was Vit (a personal dislike). TV was smart, thank God, and there's tea and coffee.Overall at the price point you can find much better options elsewhere.

It says there is a refrigerator but there is no refrigerator, the swimming pool is dirty, the TV signal is bad.Clean room, clean shower, sat set service. I checked in early at 13.30 but I arrived at 13.00 and was still served well and went straight to the rest room.

There is no hot water, stayed here for 2 days, there was no hot water at all, even though the receptionist said to wait, the hot water will come out, I was told to call a technician but he said there was no technician. The hotel is not cheap but doesn't even have hot water, plus the wifi is slow and doesn't intend to provide wifiThe swimming pool is dirty, the bottom is greenThe toilet is dirty and the shower jet is brokenThe room was silent and the lights were dimPlease fix it, it's a loss for me staying 2 days
