Unprofessional boarding house, lots of rats and cockroaches everywhere. The guards and boarding house owners are not responsible at all. There are no rules when cursing is unclear.

The boarding house has lots of rats and cockroaches, when the lights are off it's gloomy and the wifi is often broken for weeks (not recommended for WFH people) but if you pay late you will be subject to a fine. The owner and manager are evil, a little angry, fined and threatened to confiscate the goods. Not recommended

The boarding house is ugly, the guard and owner are very annoying. The rules don't make sense, everything is fined. Even though the boarding house is dirty, there are lots of cockroaches and mice. The maid doesn't want to throw rubbish in front of the room. Highly not recommended.
