As the name of the villa suggests, the view of the mountains is truly beautiful and the yard is spacious for various kinds of exciting activities...The minus is that there are only 3 rooms (1 small, 2 large), there is no dispenser, there is no water heater either.but it's still worth it... who knows, when you rent it again, you'll have an upgrade with the minuses.

Overall, the villa is actually nice and very comfortable. The air is very cool. The night was very cold.The minus is that it's not clean enough. In particular, the living room bale area has a musty smell which is quite disturbing.And the roads are steep and difficult to pass other cars.But it all pays off with beauty and comfort while there.It's fun anyway

The villa is not well maintained, there are lots of cobwebs, especially when it rains there are lots of leaks in the villa.

It seems like there needs to be a sign in front of the alley that says "Villa Sunset Paseban" because I got lost uphill again until I found the waterfall area, 1.5 km further, so I asked the warlok and they were confused. Some say it's still above, some say it's too late

The outing event at work was quite enjoyable, with the distance from Tangerang to Bogor, quite fast via the toll road, but the track approaching the villa which had a straight incline "pumped the heart, and made us pray a lot, but the views and facilities were very good so it wasn't too disappointing for the final result:)

Highly recommended for this price, the road is challenging and slippery. Unfortunately, the villa's lights have many shortcomings. For example, one of the garden lights is off and you can add more spotlights so that the night can be like the morning so it's nice to play at night.

The track to the location is very, very bad. It was difficult for the car to move uphill because the road was badly damaged. The cake is quite enough there. Although the view is really good and the outdoor part is instagrammable. Oh yes, at the bottom of the swimming pool there was a part of the floor that was damaged and that injured 3 people in my family. His feet were bleeding. And my sister was torn because of that. Please check everything again. Bolster pillows are also a good idea to wash so they don't smell like they have been used. In my opinion, the kitchen equipment is very complete. Everything is available. Includes refrigerator.

Villa Sunset View Paseban in Mega Mendung, the road to the tracking location is scary, only 2 cars are enough. You also have to be careful when riding a motorbike because of the steep descents and turns. View Beautiful views in the morning and evening full of city lights. The swimming pool is dirty because there is no water filter. Cleanliness is not very clean...

The villa is clean and comfortable. There are 3 bedrooms. The living/family room for gatherings is very spacious.The outside yard/garden is very large. There is a mini field for playing ball. The water here comes from the mountains so when it rains, the water also becomes cloudy and dirty. There is a private swimming pool too. For families, this villa can accommodate up to 15-20 people. The price is pocket friendly. In general it is quite good and good.The downside is that if it rains heavily there are several leaking spots in the bedroom and living room.
