The parking area is quite spacious. Book a curved room with AC and TV. The room is sufficient for a family with 2 children to stay. When we arrived the bathroom drain was not smooth but after reporting it to the guard it was immediately cleaned of sand deposits. Close to Indrayanti beach, just walking distance. There are guards on standby 24 hours. If you want to boil water for noodles/tea/coffee, a shared stove is provided, just tell the guard.

Cozy place.. the rooms + bathrooms are clean.. the parking lot is spacious.. the owner is very friendly... there are rooms with AC and fans.. close to the beach even though it's not on the beach.. overall it's really comfortable here.. Hopefully there will be more visitors...

Affordable accommodation in Gunung Kidul, easy access and close to the beach. It's not quiet 24 hours because there are guards on stand by so you don't need to worry. The place is clean and comfortable. There is a place to relax that looks like a cafe and is aesthetic.
