The location is simultaneously next to the Novotel Samator Hotel. But another tower.The concept is an apartment. But the room we took had hotel facilities, so what we had in the room was a refrigerator, safety box, tea coffee maker, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, towels and hotel slippers.Our room was spacious, 55 square meters, and too big for 2 people with 1 bed and 1 one seater sofa. Maybe there is a separate consideration for the simple and minimalist room management considering the price is less than 400 on weekend nights.I give a thumbs up for cleanliness. They said it will only operate in 2022?The room is soundproof and quiet.The TV picture is clear.AC coldThe hot water is good.Downstairs there is a coffee shop and there is an affordable place to eat. Had a chance to see mixed rice/rames 25,000.For parking, lots of it, in the basement parking building.Overall we are satisfied and will likely stay here again if necessary.Oh yes, a deposit is requested.Yesterday we were asked for 200 thousand, not 300 thousand, was it because we checked in late and checked out early?

This is really great, the rooms are spacious, hand towels, toiletries, coffee and tea are provided, but apparently it doesn't include a swimming pool, but the service is really good, if you play Surabaya, just stay here again, it's comfortable for a staycation too

The sunset view is really good to see from the room balcony, the apartment is managed directly by management, not individuals, so it's like a hotel
