Adequate rooms, ok location, spacious parking. but the service related to the room is very lacking. we used one apk to check-in, at first it was fine. Suddenly at 21.30 I wanted to go to the toilet, the water turned off. Confirmed downstairs that the tower water had run out, so it had to be filled first. Logically, at that time there were quite a few hotel guests staying, but yes, there was water but the guests had to go downstairs first because the water in the tower ran out. It has become a facility for hotel guests. It's been a long wait... because it's filling the tower, finally there's water but it's late. We still understand the reason for the tower. Then another unpleasant incident happened again in the morning. Check out before 12 o'clock. At 09.30 we finished showering and wanted to clean up to check out at 11 o'clock, the room's electricity was turned off. It took a long time... finally we asked why the electricity in our room was off? With quite a long distance, we complained twice at 10.00 after (forgot) it was turned on. Whether the power went out or was turned off intentionally, I don't know. Because there was no notification that the electricity would be turned off at that time or the water would be turned off (in the middle of the night). I don't know... what is clear is that in my experience, staying there for 1 day has made my blood boil. Even though the homestay looks comfortable, if you look at the homestay procedures and even their staff seems slow in service, it's a shame it's like this. Yesterday, when I checked in, I saw the atmosphere and the day was added, at 20.30 the water was turned off & it took a long time to handle it for the reason of the tower (even though it was already a hotel guest's right), there was a feeling of emotion until morning arrived. Before it had finished in the morning, the room's electricity was turned off. Oh my God... it's not a homestay procedure that harms hotel guests instead of saving electricity and driving away hotel guests in a disrespectful way. Amen... yeah... it's just a coincidence when we stay overnight. Not to other guests. Amen..I'm sorry for the stars that may not be appropriate, but I hope it can be an input to make things better in the future.Thank you & keep the spirit 💪💪💪🙏🙏🙏

Pleasant moment staying at BeGe Homestay Wonosari, affordable price, yet exqusite service. 250,000 IDR include the breakfast, what more you could ask for ?Oh ! The water heater in the bathroom works perfectly ⭐, the air con for the room works fine too. Not a very large room, but not a big deal.Located perfectly in the city area where we can find anything easily in the neighborhood.
