The accommodation is really good, the view is directly facing the beach, cool, calm, clean, fragrant, 👍 the owner of the homestay is also friendly but unfortunately the owner doesn't open a stall so it's a bit difficult if you order food you have to go downstairs. The fan room is quite hot. I suggest you get a room. AC, you must stay here if you play at the Gunung Kidul beach, the view is really top, you can see the sunset, if you want to go to Sundak, Sadranan, Slili beaches 👍👍

For affordable budget accommodation, it's really worth it! The atmosphere and view are very good. You can immediately see the beach when you wake up. There is AC & Fan. Rate 300-550 thousand. Thank you Ma'am and greetings. Romli.

Just a few days ago from here... we really felt at home here... 3 nights in bed for 2 days here... the beach is close... the beach view is really nice... the place isn't hot because there are lots of trees... the place is clean and comfortable ...the view to the side of the cliffs can see the ocean...recommended anyway. Even though there are a few drawbacks, it's normal... if AQ has no problems...the mother is really friendly...the price last year was for the AC 750 and the fan 450 ...but the average price in this area is that much...because previously in other places the price was 420 with a fan and no TV, 😁...so I think the price is reasonable with a great view...I want to come here again...but this skin is still dark from swimming at the beach every day,😁😁..oh yes AQ is in room number 1..add extra bed 100...AC is cold, water heater is hot.

I'll be back again... my mother was nice, I was given hot water because I was confused if I couldn't have coffee at night... the room was clean, very close to the beach, in front of the room there was a table and chairs for relaxing, there was a clothesline for towels and wet clothes. My advice would be if If you want to stay here, it's better to bring lots of snacks from home and extra drinking water. The downside is that for accommodation you only need a hood. Maybe you can add a hood in the room so you can hang your jacket.

Delicious!! Recommended! I'm in room number 1. Clean, very comfortable, has a water heater, uses AC too. The AC is cold, the hot water is hot. The TV is very clear. The pkk is really clean, blankets and towels are provided. 1. There is a gazebo. The position is close to the cliff, for those who play drones it's really great... the accommodation is well maintained👍

Nice view, position of the accommodation on a hill, open the room door and immediately see the beach, rooms and toilets are clean. The owner is friendly, really makes sure all the facilities can be used. Thank you 🫰

The rooms are clean, the owner is friendly, and what is no less interesting is the cool view, you can see the beach next door from the cliff. 👍Recommended. 👍

There are 4 rooms, the view is good, there are two rooms with AC facilities and two rooms with fan facilities, the current price is 500 for an AC room, 300 for a fan room, the place is comfortable, the yard is spacious, the price is a little expensive but comparable to the view and facilities👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Location on Ngandong beach. Access must go up the hill at the end of the beach. Only 2 AC rooms (450 thousand) & 2 fan rooms (250 thousand) available in April 2022. The management is very friendly.Room advantages:✓The rooms are still new & clean✓The pillow is soft✓clean bathroom✓sitting toilet✓AC is strong & immediately cold✓Great water heater✓Small clothesline available✓terrace facing the beach✓There is a foot washing/rinsing faucet in front of the roomLack:- only soap available- without sink- narrow toilet bathroom- towel 1- blanket 1- without breakfast- welcome drink aqua 2- without cupboards & hoods- there is only 1 small table- strong signal only Telkom & SunOther facilities at this inn include a fairly shady yard. There is 1 gazebo available to enjoy the beach view from the top of the hill. Climbing a little from the top of the hill you can enjoy views of Sundak Beach. There is a small alley behind the inn which leads to the Sundak Beach market area.From this accommodation 4 beaches can be reached on foot. Sundak beach, Ngandong beach, Sadranan beach, Slili beach. If you are able, continue walking to Krakal beach.One parking area with classy cafe south shore. Quite serene at sunset.The price is quite high for its class but commensurate with the view & location
