The rooms are spacious with sea views and there is a private pool. The facilities are quite complete, there is a choice of standard breakfast in the cliff lounge and also floating breakfast delivered to the room. For access to other locations, a shuttle is provided. Maybe what still needs to be improved is in terms of room cleanliness at check-in, which I feel is a bit less clean, apart from that it is already good.

We stayed in cabin+ 6A. Overall, the experience of staying here was pleasant, especially free access to all HEHA OCEAN VIEW photo spots. Breakfast in the cliff lounge area and quite okay.

The location is still 30 minutes from the main road, but don't worry, those who want to come here don't have to use private vehicles because they provide pick-up from the city for 150k/personFor those who want to come here, I recommend staying at the ocean view glamping rather than just visiting. Because the service is really extra, all photo spots are free, there are porters who help lift suitcases, there is a shuttle that takes you to the lounge and back to the accommodation. 5 star serviceBreakfast was at the level of a 4 star hotel, and I was impressed that all the food was delicious. Breakfast accompanied by a view of the cliffs and the sound of the waves. Very cakeupppppNot just a photo spot, now there is also a cliff lounge with the best sunset views.In the room the amenities are complete, you can get 2 bottles of minerals, shampoo, soap, towels, slippers.Indosat signal only has 1 strip, Telkomsel 4G signal runs smoothly. Don't worry there is wifi too.But in the middle of the night the power went off several times, hopefully this can be an evaluation for the HEHA Ocean View team. Overall it is really worth it to stay here

BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES THAT ARE StainedOur extended family just celebrated our cousin's wedding here. Last Saturday, 10 Aug 2024, everything went smoothly and was full of beautiful memories, even though the journey to this place was not as sweet as those memories. Everything went smoothly, until when I returned home, as my sister said:Earlier our car, the battle cart, was stopped by HH security guards, and followed (precisely) by the hotel staff.Then after stopping we were charged the "key".He asked or rather stated that we were staying at Glamping.Whereas previously, since Demi and I took care of the reception to checkout and return the keys and checked our rooms, 6B and 5A, everything went smoothly and we were sent home well.So we waited in the car in front of the security post, told to wait to confirm "something". Until we asked the security guard: "What is the actual problem?"But we were just told to wait, without any explanation, until we were finally "let go." We were asked to go, also without any explanation, just saying sorry for waiting.All without explanation, if you don't have adequate facilities and infrastructure, including human resources, you should review the way you operate and serve guests. Your place looks promising but unfortunately we were disappointed at the end of our activity.

A comfortable place to unwind, the atmosphere is really good, there are lots of Instagrammable photo spots... A shuttle is provided from the room to the photo spot and restaurant....

I'm really sorry I have to give 3 stars, because:1. The amenities provided are not complete2. The view is not as good as the Heha cabin, even though the cabin+ is more expensive3. The breakfast menu is limited and the taste is lacking4. Hospitality is lacking, when you want to take away restaurant food for your room5. You can add other entertainment besides photo spots6. The bathroom is slippery

For bathrooms, if possible, make glass dividers (wet and dry areas) so that the floor is not slippery. The elderly and children must be careful.

Reception service is okay, other staff are also goodOnly for the staff in the photo spot section, it's not really good, because we are cabin guests so all the photo spots are free so the service in this section is not good. On the swing again, there was one person who said they were queuing and told us to look for another spot, we wanted to wait but the boss said there were still 20 minutes left, then we went to the glass spot. Because someone was told to look for another photo spot, even though it was still available for other people (those who paid for tickets) we gave an argument and finally allowed it. It wasn't even 10 minutes before we returned to the swing and it turned out the customer had changed (even though we said it would be 20 minutes later) before we took a photo, the guard was already rushing for a moment, he said someone wanted another photo. The service here felt really bad even though it had cabin facilities

When you're on a long holiday, there's an opportunity to have a staycation at Heha. The price is quite hefty 😁, but you get OK facilities and an unforgettable view.The staff service is quite good and informative.The rooms are spacious (not glamping, but we got one with a view of the hills), each room has a mini pool. For the bathroom there is no partition between the toilet and sink so it gives the impression that the bathroom is wet.You can take as many photos as you like at every photo spot.For breakfast, the taste is just B... The menu is not very diverse, is it because of limited logistics (because the area is also remote from everywhere 😁).Tried ordering a jeep priced at 750K, but it didn't meet expectations. So just take us to the beach, where you can see the beach from the cliff (Nguyahan and Ngobaran beaches - photos of the beaches are attached). Chasing the sunset but just B... I thought the jeep could go down to the beach sand, but it turned out to be a zonk 😁. So it is not recommended to rent a jeep. On the way home, the jeep broke down, after 6 o'clock it was very quiet.The night view at Heha is quite cool, you can still take photos with the interesting lights.

Access is quite challenging if you arrive after dark, because the road is narrow and there is no lighting.And entering the Heha area the road is damaged.For overnight guests, parking in the area within the Heha area is different from those who are not staying overnight.To go down to the photo spot area (Heha Ocean view) there is a free shuttle car available until evening.For overnight guests, photo spot facilities are included, so it's free to add a photographer to help us take photos.The breakfast menu is quite delicious and the variety of food is quite complete
