The rooms are clean, there is a mini kitchen which is very useful if you are hungry in the middle of the night 😄. Cheap again. Great 👍👍

In my opinion, the price of 50 for a fan room is what you get, yes. There are different prices.But pls, next time the room can be sprayed with perfume/air freshener first, sis, because it really "really smells like it smells bad" between the smell of cockroaches/mouse urine🙏😭😭Almost every few hours I spray my perfume in the corner of the room so it doesn't smell bad until my perfume is about to run out. And when I check out I don't forget to spray it again so the room doesn't smell bad so the next person in the room is comfortable.Cheap air freshener, sis, please give it to me🙏😭Then I was shocked when I found out that the bathroom was shared with the house owner🥲

First experience of going to Jogja, then looking for a homestay with the right budget, recommended for backpackers and families. When I happened to take the type of room for 4 rooms, the facilities were available (AC, WC, gallon water, small kitchen) and there was a mosque right at the homestay

Came here on a long weekend. Masyaalloh, it was very comfortable to stay here, the rooms were clean, the people were friendly, it was close to the mosque and access to everywhere was close, Malioboro was also close.The price is cheap, there is a car park, and if my husband wants to add another night, he will definitely add here, it's really comfortable because 😍😍

Indeed, I went there on New Year's Day, the price per night was 300k but the facilities were not worth it, including the outside bathroom but at 5 pm it was drained and not finished, the check out time was written at 12 noon, but the time at the boarding house was half an hour earlier, when I finished cleaning up. I wanted to check out even though it was still 11 o'clock, it seemed like the owner was rushing me to bring a broom, etc. to clean the room, at night there were cockroaches in the room too, I was really scared

Room prices during high season increase 6x from 50 thousand to 300 thousand with facilities that are not worth it. Only 1 bathroom mixed with the innkeeper. The room had cockroaches. So I couldn't sleep because of cockroaches in the room. The ceiling is also very dirty because it is damp. There is no air circulation.The innkeeper is also not friendly.Parking is also very haphazard. Even though the motorbike is privately owned, it is not rented. But arranging parking and treating my motorbike rudely

I had booked a long time ago but when I arrived on the D-day it was in someone else's name because there was a miscommunication between the managers, I was really annoyed with bringing a family group... Luckily there was proof of the transaction if I had already deposited and paid the full amount.Thank God, the place is very comfortable and the management is also good... Thank you

Actually, when I came here last November, for those who want to have a frugal holiday in Jogja, you can try the accommodation here.One room can only accommodate two people. Those who are not Muhrim are not allowed to share a room. The room is also clean, there is a king size bed, fan, mirror and table. The bathroom is a shared bathroom, but it is clean and the water is fast. There is also a fully equipped shared kitchen. Staying here feels like a boarding house, but comfortable.Because his orientation to Jogja was to travel, he would walk home in the morning, so his preference was to look for comfortable accommodation to sleep in. Simple but effective.I plan to stay here again when I go to Jogja.

Stayed here twice, the place is good, quite cheap too. Just for facilities, please provide them. There are no towels. The one owned by Mrs. Kustini is quite friendly too
