This boarding house applies good rules, so parents feel very at ease if their children board here.not a free boarding house, couples must complete a marriage certificate, so for couples or guests of the opposite sex who are not yet legal, just be prepared to be reprimanded or asked to leave the boarding house...Residents are expected to maintain peace with each other because many residents work as employees who need rest.The regulations displayed on a large display in front of the boarding house should make residents who will stop by this boarding house understand the regulations that apply here.

Is this a boarding house or a prison, boss?- Minimal air circulation and almost no sunlight;- Relatively poor air quality;- The bathroom drain is flowing and causes flooding after showering;- The room theme is sad, gloomy, and makes your eyes tired;- Noisy, noisy due to passing vehicles on the western ring road;- The rules are strict, but the fall is paranoid; as well as- Stiff and inhumane guards (yes, they often chase guests away, even though it's late at night, it's time to rest). Guests are also human beings who need to close their eyes to face tomorrow. Thank You!

Daily boarding house that can be used as a place for backpackers to stay. Cheap per night starting from 100 thousand. The cool thing is that if you check in at 19.00 tonight, check out is also at 19.00 the next day, so it's 24 hours. There's a kitchen. Can boil water etc. The rooms are cheap and clean, and all have AC. Free to take the water dispenser. The location is on a big street. I stayed here by accident. So it's not available at Traveloka, where all the hotels are full because it's a national day. Thank God I found this when there was only room 1 left.All those staying overnight must include a photo of their marriage certificate/KK or something else. Very good, really guarding the place from immoral acts.

I managed to kill 5 cockroaches, lots of bathrooms, never queued, wifi was smooth even though sometimes signal was lost, sometimes it was noisy especially if the next day was a holiday, the noise was from the admin roomClose to Indomaret, and various ATMs, in front of the boarding house there are batagor, chicken noodles and angkringan, next to it there is also a coffee shop

This is as comfortable as being at home, the plus point is that the boarding house guards are polite, access is easy because it is on the side of the ringroad. If you want to shop, it's very easy because it's next to Indomaret. Thank you jogjakostel
