Balcondes location is quite far from the center of Magelang city, the room is located on a hill, the distance from the lobby to the room is quite far, we have to walk over a bridge then climb quite a lot of stairs

Suitable for those who need a quiet, rural atmosphere, looking for inspiration for writing by the flow of a small natural river. This homestay villa is said to have been built with government assistance which was then donated to be managed by remote rural communities, on a very large plot of land... a large building.It feels like renting a small house in a village complex. The dining room (lobby room) has to walk to the building like a neighborhood joglo meeting. You can get the vibe of remote villages.A classic modern bathroom with warm water and a sitting toilet is available in the room. There is a terrace area and a large yard area facing a small river which feels like having your own house in the village, suitable for baberquan or setting up a camp-style tent.An alternative for the purpose of staying home and going home to a village that is really remote. It's true that the accommodation has the concept of a separate house in a real village...

The rooms are clean, the area is cool and very natural, the place is good for contemplation, if you come here don't forget to bring pop noodles and arrive at the accommodation before dark, just follow the signs on the road.

Access to 4th is very difficult, I had to use the GMap (narrow road left, cliff road, right ravine road). The place is not well maintained, the stairs are very slippery, the place is very quiet for looking for food far away. Because the place is quiet (more like horror), it's better to have a staycation with the family

For those who like the natural atmosphere here, it is very suitable, quiet. there are only the sounds of insects at night and the chirping of birds including the chirping of eagles in the morning and afternoon. The air temperature is normal, tends to be cool. One room can accommodate a maximum of 5 adults, there are no extra beds. Can bring your own folding mattress. Oh yes, near the accommodation around people's houses, there are many craftsmen who make lanting, the prices are very cheap. For only 80,000 you can get 3.5 kg of lanting.At this inn you can bring cooking utensils and stoves. You can cook it yourself if you're bored with the breakfast menu, the location is far from everywhere. We stayed here 25-27 December 2023. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Wifi is smooth. If the management is coordinated well, they will respond well too. We left Jakarta at 15.00 to the location at 00.10. When we arrived in Tegal, we called to coordinate with the management. We responded well until our location was greeted by 2 officers. Delivered to the front of the room.We were also asked to choose our own room.

Looks like it's worth getting *5 for a staycation here, the location is on a steep slope even though the weather is hot it feels cool, the place is a bit far from Borobudur with a narrow road and if you pass each other you have to give wayQuiet place and cheap price, you can get amazing facilities: AC room, hot water, TV, towels, really very surprising with the place and facilitiesHopefully this villa will be more developed and successful, appreciate the budes who have managed it well

I came here because I saw that the rooms were very private because they were like bungalows.just because the concept is really natural, the location is a bit far from the main road, the road here is not extreme, it's just dark, from the busy road to the location it takes around 10-15 minutes, the road is asphalt but there are several parts that are damaged so you have to be careful.The location is the same as the village office I know, but this village office is very quiet and the officers are not on standby 24 hours, so those of you who have never been here will probably think this place is closed/no longer operating. But don't worry, it's still in operation.and because the guard is not on standby, we have to be proactive in asking local residents for the number of the guard.The cellphone signal here is really difficult, for IM3 you can still get a 1 bar signal in the pavilion, so if you want to contact you there you will definitely get a signal. sometimes 4G, sometimes E, so you have to keep an eye on it.despite all the difficulties that have been mentioned, I really like the place, according to the photos presented.You really return to nature when you come here, especially at night, wow, it's so serene.the room is clean, the warm water is normal, the water is fast, the wifi is also really fast. Basically, if you have a staycation here, it's the best. You definitely feel at home and don't want to go out anymore because it's far, so prepare food and drinks, yes, there are stalls but there aren't many choices and the hotel doesn't provide room service.

The manager didn't get it right, when the booking arrived in the afternoon, there were no staff at the location and it was dark, until the evening, there were no people waiting until the owner and the staff phoned, no one responded, so if you booked, you couldn't get a refund, it was a nuisance for people, if it wasn't operational, it was closed, you didn't have to open it. order on the online application, give people trouble, where is the place in a dark corner, the maps are not accurate... This is a jerk, people
