Recommended Family Homestay.The house is spacious, the atmosphere is calm, very suitable for resting after a day of traveling around the city. This homestay is strategic, close to tourist attractions and restaurants. There are 3 bedrooms with AC and 2 bathrooms with hot water. There is a kitchen too, you can cook with your family. Last Saturday, May 14, just went there, the accommodation was clean, comfortable, the service of the owner, Mas Untung, was good, friendly, communicative. The location is not too far to Malioboro. 3 AC rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen, suitable for family groups. The surrounding conditions are comfortable, recommended Jiwanta homestay

A really homely home stay, clean, close to the city center, close to where you want to go, in the morning the market for snacks is lined up. There is a house keeper, just add a sink and perfect wifi.

The house is comfortable and spacious, good air circulation, clean and comfortable rooms, complete kitchen equipment, room downstairs for guests and room on the 2nd floor for household assistants. The location is strategic, close to everywhere because it is near the middle of the city. The owner (Mr. Untung) is kind, friendly and communicative, provides a lot of information about tourist and culinary attractions in Jogja, his recommendations are good.My suggestion is that because I am staying for a long stay (around a week), maybe it would be better if the homestay could be cleaned every day or every few days, or if you don't want to disturb the guest's privacy, maybe you can offer whether it will be cleaned or not. Overall I was satisfied staying at Jiwanta Homestay. Thank you Jiwanta 🙏

Fun and cleanLocation in the city center, close access to everywhere, complete home equipment.It's a good idea to also be equipped with a refrigerator to make it even more comfortable.
