The new room is clean, the water is strong, there is soap and shampoo, towels, the air conditioner is cool, but the room floor is very slippery. The room is not sound proof, can hear cars running all night, spring bed, soft pillows, thin blankets, static electricity, room fee 600, key deposit 100.

The room is quite good. Even the appliances in the room are quite old. But it's clean. Located next to the main road, there is some noise from the trailer. The service staff is good and polite.. The price of 500 is not expensive at all. This time there are three people staying, the resort does not charge extra money. But if you want to get more bedding, you will charge an additional 200 baht. Very good. Overall, it's worth it.

There are no bedsheets. The water heater cannot be used. Not suitable for the price at all. I'm confused as well. Do you come to sleep for free or do you have to pay? Not worth the price spent.

I have been a customer of Matree for many years. In terms of service, taking care of customers and the location, it's enough. Oh..it can be done a bit. Caretaker and boss (owner). Not very interested in development...last time I went to use the room again. I learned that the new owner had changed.. and came to lease it. It turned out that it was even more sloppy than before.. the water heater didn't work without fixing it.. the toilet didn't flush properly, and the TV would have someone come to open it when I was staying. ..can't change the channel If you change the channel It will all disappear. And cannot return to the channel. There will be only 1 small bottle of drinking water available in the refrigerator. The internal telephone was broken. Pressing to call to order something didn't work. It's difficult to communicate without checking. refuses to fix it Asked for more water to drink. I got the answer..that's all I got...I might be a little too direct. because there's nothing impressive about it at all. Oh..I would like to say that From now on I will not be a customer. Will not come to stay here again....thank you.
