The service is terrible, the owner-management-manager throws responsibility at each other, there are problems that don't happen quickly, the water is jammed from night to morning, there is no compensation either, it's better to think twice if you want to stay at this villa

I only came here once, the overnight price was quite expensive but the water facilities were poor... there wasn't any hot water and the water was off all night... Sorry but I'm really disappointed.

2 days 1 night here. I give 2 stars purely for the looks alone. Apart from that, the water facilities for bathing, washing, ablution, urinating and lighting in the front yard are very disappointing. The response from the owner was also not satisfactory, there was no solution to our complaint either.

Expensive price for ordinary facilities, no water heater/warm water, I was stuck in the bathroom for half an hour because it ran out of water, the machine had been broken for a long time (according to the neighbors of the villa, the water had a problem not only once) but there was no repair or replacement of the machine , the management also did not return any funds even though the water was not on from Isha until morning, there was no responsibility,

Elite villa water is difficult, the price is expensive, the water heater is dead, the water didn't turn on last night, it's difficult to do ablution, you're trapped in the bathroom for piping/pooping because the water is dead, the management is also not quick and responsive in providing solutions, it seems like they are passing the buck to each other,I suggest that those who want to stay here should just look for another one,
