The accommodation is not professional, I made a booking from the application but it was canceled unilaterally by the hotel because the rooms were full BUT NOT UPDATED IN THE APPLICATION.

Very comfortable.The location is located in front of YIA.The owner is super friendly and kind.There is an open area on the back 2nd floor, you can drink coffee while looking at the rice fields that are pleasing to the eye.

Yesterday my family and I stayed here. The position of the hotel is right in front of the airport.Which is impressive. The mother's service... was so good. Helpful...And it turns out that the inspiration for owning a hotel also started from helping other people who needed to stay overnight...Special.Hopefully there will be more blessings.

Access is easy to find, right next to the main road at YIA airportThe owner is very friendly, the atmosphere makes you feel at home. If you go to Jogja again, you must come back here.

It's really in front of the YIA airport gate, so it's suitable for those who are in transit or have an early morning flight. We stayed here because there was a flight at 8 o'clock, from the guesthouse the airport transfer service only added 50 thousand per car.The owners are friendly, we were even lent a motorbike to go around the area. It is recommended to go to Glagah Beach which is only about 10 minutes from the accommodation.The room facilities are quite complete, private bathroom, AC, TV, cupboard, towels and other amenities. The mattress was very soft, we were given a free extra bed because we had 2 adults and 2 children.

Very perfect.After failing to check in at a boarding house next to an expensive hotel because I was told to increase the price by 100% of the application rate, I came straight here.It's late. Around 9 p.m.His father and mother are friendly. I was welcomed, told to come in first. You can go to your room even though you haven't paid.I just wanted to eat and borrowed my motorbike to buy food because there was nothing open in the area.In the morning at 4 I was taken to the airport. Tariff 50 thousand using car.

The location is strategic, right in front of the YIA airport gate. Rooms are clean and tidy. Check in time is flexible. In the afternoon you can relax on the balcony while enjoying the view of YIA airport

Thank you Modern House YIA for the good service.Very strategic location. Only 1 min to YIA airport.The owners, mother and father, are also very friendly.The quality of the rooms is quite good, provided with towels, clean water, toiletries and drinking water too.Just a little dusty around the bed.

For those who want to fly via YIA Airport and the flight may be too early, you can try staying overnight here. The boarding room facilities include an en suite bathroom, TV and AC. The owner is very friendly towards guests who come and there are airport shuttle facilities, just add 25 thousand.

Services need to be improved, including room cleanliness (there is still hair from previous guests, & dust on the floor looks like it hasn't been mopped for a long time), bathrooms & availability of drinking water.Apart from that, it was very helpful, given the owner's permission to use the existing facilities.
