A brief review of hotels where to stay in the Mandiri Jogja Marathon 2024 event area at Urbanview Hotel Syariah Prambanan by RedDoorz. Check in June 29, 2024. Check out July 1, 2024- there is no receptionist / reception desk. There is only 1 male cleaning officer who doubles as a receptionist.- the room air conditioner is not cold!!! Even though I've moved rooms, it's still not cold. Ask all the residents, they say it's not cold in their room either 😥- Don't get a towel if you don't ask. What was given was a towel from the clothesline (not yet ironed and apparently the towel is rarely washed)- didn't get soap, toothbrush, toothpaste and mineral water- The shower holder was damaged, so it couldn't be hung properly- the room is very small compared to other redDoorz. Even though the prices are similar- I stayed 3 days 2 nights, but the room was not cleaned every day- On the last night, I woke up at 03.30 because I felt very hot and the bathroom light was also off. I opened the door and it turned out the lights were off and the sound of the electricity token running out. I only dared to go to the officer's room at 05.15 because it was very dark and my cellphone was low so I couldn't turn on the flashlight on my cellphone.- I'm not someone who wants to be cheap, but to get ok facilities. However, I have found many hotels like RedDoorz or Oyo with good facilities, with a price range of 100-200 thousand (if you book online it's 150-250 thousand). Although I chose this hotel because it was close, only less than 3km to Prambanan

Got a "leftover" room1. The door cannot be locked2. damp walls3. AC is hot4.jet washer does not work5. The toilet can't flush6. The sheets and blankets look like they haven't been washed..brownish...

I understand the price is quite cheap but I don't think so...came here because I was tempted by the promos from the app...looked at the photos and it looks clean... But the reality doesn't match the photo...1. The floor is dirty, it feels like there is sand on my feet, I don't know how long it has not been swept or mopped2. The room smells musty3. Pillow+pillowcase+sheet+blanket sumpeee really smells....which has a lot of stains....musty...don't know how many years it hasn't been washed and replaced......Finally using a t-shirt to cover the pillow , luckily I had extra t-shirts.. Otherwise I wouldn't have been able to sleep.....4. Towels are dirty, smelly, lots of stains, lots of holes... Don't dare to use them for fear of lots of people's marks, they won't be washed5. There's no soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, no water either... But it's okay if you bring your own.6. Dirty bathroom, broken sink...7. The lights suddenly go out in the middle of the night, it's broken! I want to report to the lazy guard, it's already the middle of the night...8. Those who are on duty don't seem to have any intention, they should be taught how to serve guests well, at least how to speak with a little intention...The conclusion is that it doesn't deserve to be called a "hotel"...For those who want to stay, it's better to increase the budget a little and look for another place... the review above is the actual reality without adding or subtracting!

This hotel is not a recommendation1. Dirty room2. The wall paint is disgusting, a lot of it is peeling off, it doesn't match the photo3. Dirty bathroom4. No toothbrush and soap5. The bed sheets and pillowcases are dirty like used ones6. The room smells bad7. The TV in the room is off8. No slippers provided9. The officer explains to the customer how to not dress (not dressed, only wearing trousers up to the knees)10. Unfriendly officers11. Dead water12. There are no security officers

Everything is good and comfortable, the only minus is that the hot water can't be turned on or is hot, the waiters are rude, and the room is a bit dirtyOtherwise, it's quite good for that price

For this price, it's good, matches the picture, the service is also ok. The place is monitored by CCTV. You can't smoke in your room, so just go outside, okay?

The service is not goodAs soon as it was 10am we went in to check in but we were told to wait for checkin time at 14.00But when I wanted to go back, there were new guests who could check in by paying an additional 50 thousand without a reservation first.Maybe it can be improved and become more successful in the future
