this is a scam... the application is really different... when you get the price you get it with the excuse that you don't use the application yet, it hasn't been updated yet... the price is 200 up with a regular room

SKIPPP VERY BAD SERVICE. If you go to Klaten, I wouldn't recommend coming here!! The writing was in collaboration with OYO but apparently it wasn't, even though we had already paid🤬 How come they don't want to know about this problem. (Imagine, bro, at 10 pm you want to check in, don't you know what it's like?!) Many guests have become victims!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND IT, PLS GO HERE!!!ðŸ˜If you want to open a lodging business, just close it and abuse people, it's such a sin.

From the application, I had already booked and had paid for it until the accommodation told me to add more even though the application said that's the price and I had already paid in full until then I had to add more because the price had gone up. Very bad service, irresponsible. I booked via Agoda, when I arrived it turned out the room was full. The staff here blames the application and only gives the call center number. Doesn't help anything and can't take responsibility or responsibility. Don't want to do anything

Already booked and paid via the application.At the location I couldn't check-in for full reasons. Found 2 people with the same problem. The guard said because the hotel application was managed by the owner but he had gone home. You have to cancel it yourself in the application and contact the Call Center then the refund is not yet clear

The worst hotel. Supported by uneducated staff. I've booked on Traveloka, I just arrived at dawn, and just as casually they gave the room to someone (thinking I wasn't coming). After all, the staff were annoying and blaming me for not coming since yesterday. Even though I had already booked 1 night, that meant I still had the room until 12.00. There was no apology or anything, the staff still insisted on blaming me.
