The location is quite strategic near Jl. Kaliurang, access to the main road is not too far, the rooms are comfortable, there is hot water, cold AC. There is also a small swimming pool here. The staff was very friendly, we were able to check in 30 minutes earlier, maybe because we were also waiting at the place from 12.30. The thing that needs to be improved is the smell of the bathroom which my wife and I think is lacking. Parking for motorbikes is sufficient and for cars if there are lots of visitors it seems a bit lacking.At this hotel there is also a contact for motorbike rental at the front office

The experience of staying here was quite pleasant, stayed during a long holiday, initially planned to stay around Malioboro but many hotels were full, finally found Kaira Guest House in Kaliurang because the next day I wanted to go on a lava tour, so it was closer to the location, family room type+ Points:1. The parking lot is quite spacious2. The receptionist is friendly3. The hotel is still new so it still looks neat and clean4. There is a motorbike rental service5. There is a swimming pool, but unfortunately I haven't had the chance to try it6. Wifi and Google TV7. Water heater and 3 bottles of mineral water8. Hot water runs smoothly9. The location is quite strategic and easy to find food10. Cold ACPoints -1. The floor of the room was a bit dirty and there was hair, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned yet, finally I swept it myself2. The bathroom also has hair3. The lights went out in the middle of the night, whether in the hotel or not4. There are tea bags and wedang uwuh but they are not good enough and the ginger has grown hehe...Overall satisfied staying here at a relatively affordable price, there are only a few points that can be improved, hopefully Kaira Room Guest House will be more successful

Quite comfortable, but there are some suggestions for the future:1. The bathroom ceiling is dirty (like there are traces of water leaking) - needs to be repainted/cleaned.2. The bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy.3. The car park seems to need to be added and needs security, because it is on the side of the village road.

The rooms are great, clean, ordered 7 rooms for 13 people, complete facilities but the best is on the 2nd floor with views of the city of Yogyakarta and there is one problem, the only problem is the exhaust air in the toilet, some are dead but it's not a problem... Good 👍👍

The service is very good and communicative, even following up what time you want to check in. The room is very clean and minimalist, there is a mini kitchen set in the room, apart from getting tea and coffee, you can get Wedang Uwuh which is a typical Jogja drink.WiFi is smooth, there is a shared kitchen, and prices are affordable🤩easy to access from the main road, close to where you want to go. parking available.Even though it's near Jalan Kaliurang, it's not a busy/noisy place to rest, it's very quiet.For those bringing your partner, don't forget to bring your marriage card/book.The bonus is that you get a good sunset view.Hopefully the service and cleanliness of the rooms will continue to be maintained👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Last night I stayed here with my husband. I'll try to tell you what it is...When you arrived you were greeted and served very friendly by the owner, when you entered the room the smell was fragrant, clean and very comfortable.The bathroom is clean, the mattress is comfortable for sleeping, the wifi is fast, the AC is on at maximum.Coincidentally, I got a room in front of the kitchen, so it felt like my own home. The equipment in the kitchen is also complete, there is an oven too.Even when I checked out, the father was very friendly. Don't miss it if you go to Jogja, stay here. Enjoy

The accommodation is new and the atmosphere is calm because it is located from the main road, the rooms are clean and comfortable.The hot water works, but the toilet area on the wall and near the drain is a little dirty, but it's not that annoying. in the bathroom there is a plug, maybe in the future it can be covered so that it doesn't get exposed to water and is safe.Near the accommodation there is also chicken soup with various satays, the price of the soup is 10 thousand/portion, it tastes delicious and can be delivered to the room.Overall very comfortable staying in the Kaira room.
