We checked in very late at night and came with 11 friends because we had gone to climb the mountain to Rinjani. We arrived exhausted and really wanted to sleep. We opened the room and brought cool air conditioning to welcome us. My friend and I chose to sleep by the pool. The atmosphere is good and very quiet. In the room, the decoration is okay. There is enough space for two people and a lot of things. I like the bathroom the most. The water and air conditioner are quiet. You can sit for a long time. The water is strong. Plus, the floor in the shower is terrazzo, comfortable for feet. The bed is good, I sleep comfortably and there's no noise. If you come, you will come to use the service again. Thank you very much.

This place is amazing. Great rooms and pools with staff so pleased to do everything to make your stay first class. The food is excellent, freshly prepared and presented. The food here is 5 star quality, breakfast and dinner. Beach Club and free shuttle.

Beautiful rooms, very friendly staff, very nice and modern furnishings, fantastic breakfast and lunch/dinner. 2 beautiful swimming pools. It is not on the beach, but there is a free shuttle service to both the associated Beach Club and the Steakhouse restaurant. Highly recommended for a stay in Senggigi!

A very pleasant resort. It is located in a village, 10 kilometers from the center of Senggigi. If you are more of a traveling type of person, then this is the right location for you, as you can walk around the village and meet friendly locals who will welcome you and want to spend time with you and also take some photos. The resort itself is very top notch. The staff tries their best to serve the customer. The rooms are clean and tidy, every day you are asked if you want the room cleaned. Right before the entrance to the room, you can relax on the terrace or jump into the pool. The breakfasts are very good, even the day before the staff comes to you and asks you what you want for breakfast. They also offer various excursions and cooking classes. If you need transportation from the resort to the beach, they offer free transportation but only to their location on the beach, and they can also take you back. Overall, I recommend staying and exploring the area, you won't regret it!

I only arrived today, but I can already say - apart from the slightly out-of-town location - that hospitality and helpfulness come first in this hotel. I left the Gillis early because a guide on a snorkeling tour that I booked through the Hotel Follow your dreams dropped my cell phone into the sea and has not charged it using a cable since then. Here on Lombok I was taken to a specialist shop with help and the best support after they had already done some research for me. The owner personally took me to the shop in his car at his own expense and tried to help me. On the way back I was able to try out the best local warung I've had so far on my trip to Indonesia. It was so delicious and inexpensive. Unfortunately I don't know the name.And otherwise the hotel makes a great, clean impression. The facility is beautiful and the staff is really nice. I hope it stays that way so that I can only continue to write this review on a positive note.I'm really grateful so far that I was able to get to know the staff here.There is a free shuttle to SengigiBeach if you want.Location, as I said, a bit out of the way. but pleasantly quiet.The fitness room is really small, but it's new and clean and has equipment to keep you fit.
