The +:- Smiling and friendly staff- Close to the magnificent beach ofaccordg belenak and also very close to the village with some good restaurants (bring a flashlight to walk on the road to reach the village)THE - :- thieving monkeys and very aggressive in the morning... no one warns you but if you leave the slightest object on your terrace, it disappears (card games, glasses, wallet, etc.). And if they see something in the rooms they don't hesitate to go in. My children were terrified and we had to leave 4 days early because of that. Unfortunately the owners don't do much to chase them away, it's a real shame because in terms of security it's limited...- Concerning the rooms, take the "renovated" family rooms numbered from 1 to 6.. the economical doubles are catastrophic (flooded bathroom, holes in the walls and mosquito nets,...) and the family rooms at the back (a side of the swimming pool) are quite gloomy in addition to being next to the water pump which makes a horrible "beep beep" all night. We had to be changed rooms 3 times for us.- It's quite difficult to make yourself understood...- the wifi only worked one day out of 4...

The rooms aren’t the best. The room themselves are clean, but in my room specially had a broken sink. It’s manageable and worth it for the price and location.

We had a perfect stay at Jo's! We booked the family room as a couple which was a bit overkill, as we had one huge kingsize bed ánd a queen size haha.Next to that Amien and the others were amazing hosts and cared for our every need (and made delicious breakfast every morning).Finally the location couldn't be more perfect with a 5 min walk to the amazing Selong Belanak Beach!

Great homestay with a clean swimming pool and located right next to Selong Belanak beach and a village with restaurants, scooter rental and 4G simcards. Special mention for the hosts who were always very helpful and in a good mood (they accepted to give me a new room when I asked). Had a great time !!

(+)They use fresh water not just salty water for toilet and bathing purpose.(+) They give fresh water and can refill it. Good to reduce single plastic use !!(+) Have pool and airconditioner. Bed also comfortable for both of us (both of us arround 170 kg😅).(+) We took breakfast and diner there and seems perfect. We like to have grill squid. Just ask to them what available menus. The price also reasonable.(+) Toilet running well.This acomondation not in front of the beach but just need 5 minutes came to Selong Belanak beach by walking.

One of the best homestays we had on our trip. The family is very kind and very helpful, taking great care of their customers. I highly recommend it, and what's more, they make good food. Always very clean on site, as well as the swimming pool. And the beach not far away.

The air is cool and comfortableThe swimming pool is quite large and some rooms are equipped with showers and air conditioning. There is a fairly large car park available. Access to the beach is only 3 minutes on foot
