The dinner (at extra cost) taste amazing! The owner and his family was very warm and welcoming. My only regret is not staying longer to explore the village and their activities

Here I felt like I had come home to Indonesia, not in a hotel.The back door of the bungalow we stayed in opened onto a forest and it was amazing.The owner of the business is a very good personVery helpful and makes you feel like one of the familyIt was also very nicely designed and very clean.At first I was worried about the location. But then I saw that banks and central places are very close so there is no problem.They made dinner anyway, and it might be the most delicious meal I've ever had in my life.I was sorry I didn't have enough time to stay there. I wish I could have stayed longer.Thank you so much for everything. It feels good to know that there are still beautiful people in the world with good hearts like you.

MORE STARS NEEDED.We extended our stay , it's more than an inn.Abdul and Indri and family are wonderful gentle people, yes you feel like part of the family and Mamas cooking must be tried, we had breakfast and dinner there every night.We were invited to a local soccer match, mixed with locals,which was one of the highlights .We also visited Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep waterfalls.Also the Lombok wildlife park.A must do is to watch the sunset from the hill behind the bungalows.Thanks for looking after us and making memories

Abdul's incredible welcome, he will tell you about his journey, his family, his culture. What's more, he is very accommodating and will do his best to help you have a wonderful stay in Lombok. Back from the Rinjani trek, staying at his hostel was the best decision! It offers massages directly in the room and workshops to discover the local culture. Unfortunately, I was not able to participate due to lack of time. Truly one of the best places in 6 months of traveling in Asia. I hope to return there one day.

Lovely family hosted homestay.The food was incredible. I know a bit weird to begin a review with food. But it was amazing.Rangsot is a little village about 10 minutes away from the harbour, next to Lombok zoo. The village doesn't have a lot to offer, but the people for Rangsot in can draw you up a full weeks itinerary easily as it is actually very close to a lot of destinations.The wifi isn't perfect and the mosque next door will wake you up at 5am. But if you can get over that you'll have a wonderful, peaceful, rural experience with a local community that will invite you for dinner every night and make sure you have the best stay and see the most of Lombok.
