Seaside Cottage

TOTAL SCAM.WE WILL NEVER BE BACK THEY LIE IN THE PHOTOS AND IT IS FULL OF DIRT, DIRTY TOWELS AND EVERYTHING VERY DIRTY, IMPOSSIBLE TO ENJOY THE STAY AND IN THE MORNING SOME STRANGE MEN ON OUR PORCH WE WERE AFRAID, I LEAVE PHOTOS SO THAT THEY DO NOT FACE MORE PEOPLE. WE WOULD NOT RETURN EVEN FOR FREE. I LEAVE PHOTOS SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT WE FOUND, ALL DIRTY ABANDONED HOUSE THAT THEY ADVERTISED FOR RENT.

I spent 7 nights here as a solo female traveller and could not have felt more safe & looked after, thanks to Jon & his H2O team. It is in the most perfect location with the beach on your doorstep & has everything you may need in the cottage. I absolutely loved my stay here and can't wait to come back again in future!

Location is really great, right on the beach with your own loungers in the shade. The cottage is well equipped with a fridge, air conditioning and a large comfortable bed. Unfortunately there are only two small problems, the water pressure in the bathroom when showering is sometimes very weak and the breakfast wasn't particularly tasty. You can find many turtles in the sea right on the beach. It was a lovely 3 days. Thanks

We absolutely adored our stay at the seaside cottage. Our travels through Bali had us staying at several different locations and this one by far was the most charming. The thoughtful amenities and personal touches were so appreciated on our long journey. We slept so wonderfully in the very comfortable and clean bed. And the large shower and hair dryer were a treat.The beach access was like something out of a dream and the cottage was so close to fun little restaurants and shops too. We rented bikes and rode all round the island soaking in the scenery and then enjoyed our private little slice of heaven.Breakfast and all the food available at the H2O retreat were simply amazing. I never have a concept how amazing vegan food could be and now I’ve been eating a plant based diet for months.If you’re looking for a truly special place on earth to visit. This is it. It’s small and quaint enough to make you feel at home, but in a surrounding that takes you to place you’ve only seen on the travel channel.

A beautiful accommodation with a perfect view. The owner Jon is a wonderful person who was able to fulfill all of our wishes. The small private beach invites you to relax, the breakfast is delicious and is brought directly to the accommodation.Thank you Jon for this lovely experience. If you're looking for a bar to hang out with delicious food and the tastiest coffee, you'll find it 100m away in the Legend Bar.

Communication and check-in was smooth. All necessary details were provided after booking. Jon was very personable, kind and caring.The cottage was super cute with its own little beach area and a beach table. You can bring the sun chairs from the cottage and relax right there.I was very impressed with the details added to the cottage. From the fan on the front porch as it made you feel like you were getting breeze from the sea to the adapters on both sides of the bed, mosquito repellent, refillable water, milk for coffee and tea, hanging storage bags, hammocks, a fan and an AC are a few I can think of. Minor details like these, even hotels/AirBnbs don’t have these days are such big perks for travelers.The couch on the porch was also very comfortable.Daily cleaning service was a bonus along with free breakfast which was delivered from a nearby restaurant.

During our recent visit to Gili Air, we had the pleasure of staying at the delightful Seaside Cottage, and it was an experience that surpassed all expectations. Owned by the incredibly kind and compassionate Jon, this cottage is a haven designed with utmost guest comfort in mind.From the moment we arrived, we noticed the thoughtful attention to detail that made our stay truly special. Every aspect of the cottage was meticulously planned, right down to the inclusion of small amenities like a scissor, a small towel, and multiple international plug points. These little touches made us feel right at home and showed the owner’s commitment to ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay for every guest.Situated right in front of the beach, the location of Seaside Cottage couldn’t have been more perfect. With no obstructions or interruptions, we had the luxury of easy access to the beach anytime we desired. The tranquility and beauty of the surroundings were simply breathtaking, creating a serene atmosphere that melted away our worries and allowed us to fully unwind.While the water pressure in the tap varied, Jon took the time to explain the situation to us and expressed his dedication to improving it. This level of transparency and commitment to guest satisfaction was truly commendable. The kitchen is another highlight. It had everything one would need to prepare their own meals, allowing us to enjoy the convenience and flexibility of cooking during our stay. It added a touch of homeliness and made our experience even more enjoyable.Our two-night stay at Seaside Cottage was nothing short of fabulous. The serene atmosphere, the attention to detail, and Jon’s warm hospitality created a memorable experience that we will cherish.
