The location can be good, despite being very far from the center. Very quiet area during the day, but noisy at night. The manager's attention is not good, he is arrogant. The pool needs a complete upgrade, as do the sunbeds. Very poor breakfast. Towels stained and with a musty smell. Price quality, exorbitant.

It couldn't be better: the location right on the beach, the rooms clean and spacious, the breakfast was great, the atmosphere was Caribbean-relaxed, the team was very, very nice and helpful. It's probably not paradise yet, but it's very, very close. We felt extremely comfortable from the first moment.Loungers and beanbags right by the sea with a fantastic view of the wonderful sunset. Thank you for this great stay!

It was really great! Nice rooms, good breakfast and great staff!! It is located on the water and close to many delicious restaurants. The sunset can be seen perfectly here. I would recommend it to everyone <3

We requested a room in Playa Bonita and they gave us one that did not correspond to the one we had requested, it turned out to be a different hotel (Aquario). Our room was not cleaned any of the 3 nights, the towels were dirty and breakfast took 45 minutes to bring. The pool was dirty and unkept. The staff was not very nice and when we told them about the room they did nothing. I wouldn't recommend it, it draws attention for its decoration but it's just a facade.

We just had breakfast there. We are a family of 5. Server more than kind, endearing and naturally funny. Quality breakfast and above all excellent value for money. We will go back tomorrow, especially since you can swim there and use their deckchair for free. Excellent address.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast tastes excellent and the location is unbeatable, right on the beach.
We will definitely come back to Gili air and to this accommodation.
