Sorry for my honest review. As long as I stay at this hotel, this is the worst hotel I have ever visited. The floor of the dirty room was still dusty, the bathroom was really dirty, dirty, the walls of the room had lots of nails sticking out of them like they were from a boarding house, the bed sheets didn't look like they had been changed until I even slept on a pillow with my hijab because I saw that the pillowcase was dirty. I'm staying with my nephew who wants to take part in a coaching clinic at Persib Bandung, even my little nephew can judge and complain to me about why I'm looking for a dirty hotel like this because I think we'll arrive at 11 at night, so to sleep tomorrow morning we have to go to the football field. So look for a hotel near Pasteur. At a price of around 350 at that time, it was not recommended with facilities as bad as before. Please improve the cleanliness

The price is not worth it for the room, it's like a boarding house, the water is low and the stela smells minimal if you want to use perfume, the use of it is downy, the receptionist's kerung shells are already expensive, the service is bad. It's enough not to be repeated, thank you.

Previously, the first and second stays here were good and recommended, but this 3rd stay has decreased, the service, facilities, place, cleanliness.1. The staff is not friendly2. The closed bathroom doesn't work3. In the bathroom there are still masks used by previous guests4. No water bottles (even though Reddoorz has a guarantee of getting bottled water)5. Previously there was a dispenser at the top of the 2nd floor, now there isn't one so to get water you have to go downstairs first which is complicated, there should be a kettle provided to bring water from the bottom to the topThis is just experience, hopefully it can get better instead of going down.

I booked a room on Thursday night around 1.30 am. And I arrived at the hotel at 2.00 -+ but the hotel said my order came in on Thursday and I could check in on Thursday at 2 pm. IS IT TRUE THAT THE RULES ARE LIKE THAT. If so, please explain it in the application, because I only found the check-in deadline at 4 am. Please fix it because it is very detrimental, plus at that time I was on a trip and really needed a place to restLong story short, I negotiated with the hotel because I needed a place to rest right away and as a result the hotel asked me to pay Cass 100 thousand but I refused because it didn't make sense and I asked for a refund on the redorzs application but couldn't and when I asked for a refund the hotel reduced Cass to 50 thousand. Because the position was already 3 o'clock and very tired, I took the offer. But when it arrived at Kanar1. The room is very shabby, spider webs everywhere2. Many of the room wallpapers are peeling off3. The AC is off4. The ceiling has lots of leaks5. The toilet is dirty, smelly, lots of cockroaches and lots of plaque6. The towels are dirty and look like they have been usedAs a result, I asked to move rooms and it turned out that the situation in the other room was not much differentHOPE IT CAN BE IMPROVED IN TERMS OF FACILITIES AND SERVICE FOR THE GOOD AND SATISFACTION OF CUSTOMERS
